Nice place, clean and safe,

The property said we broke an item and broke the lock on one of the doors, we quickly returned to the property, and the door knob was not broken, and they switched the key, my daughter and my husband asked for the other key and the maid then left the room and came back and gave us the key and it fit in the door, so be aware of this scam

The owner communication was amazing. She answered my questions, and we didn't have any problem. I think the available bed is a king. In the same room, there was a sofa/trundle bed. So two additional twin beds.

The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy, but we didn't have any bad situation arising.

Loved the inside layout

Nestled in a charming, quiet neighborhood in Rio Grande that feels very local and is walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. The neighborhood had some noise but I'm from the city so I was not bothered by it. The host helped me book an additional night at the property when my plans changed and made everything very easy. They also helped me coordinate returning to the apartment when I left an item after check out. The space is wonderful and was more than enough for me. I was a solo female traveler and the property felt safe and secure.

My only complaint would be that there wasn't much bedding available. Each bed had only one thin sheet and it would be nice to have some extra blankets in case it gets chilly.

The cost for two days was ideal. The location off the highway was convenient. It was a large space.

The apartment was converted from a large space to separate living quarters and seemed unfinished. The bathroom may have had a plumbing issue and toilet paper could not be placed in commode. No toiletries were provided. The code was going to be sent at noon. Then i received another message that check-in is a 3pm. The code was not received until I sent a third message indicating I will request a refund. My intention at that point was to go somewhere else. I sort of wish I would have done so.

The neighborhood doesn’t have great lighting, and the street signs are not visible for one way traffic.
