The friendly staff, the quality of the rooms, the breakfast, the quality of the bed, the nice central location.

The walls are paperthin and the guests make a lot of noise untill the middle of the night. I slept well, but only because I never travel without earplugs.

Amazing staff, nice and clean room, delicious breakfast

Clean, modern and very comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful and I was welcomed with a glass of wine. Great breakfast made by a great team in fact all staff here are top notch.

The beds are comfortable. The personnel and the breakfast are ok (not more than just ok)

The bathroom needs a bit better cleaning and even a bit of renovation

A complete surprise a few steps from the hectic pace of the main road below it. Excellent staff, brilliant breakfast. Fast broadband. They handled my early arrival from the airport (most arrivals into Tbilisi by a number of airlines are all at once around 4.00am for some reason) with a well-priced taxi transfer. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable bed, great location, nice staff

The location is nice either if you walk or use a super cheap taxi or metro. Very comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, fresh drinking water everyday. I'd like to admit, that tap water is also very good quality. We had wonderful view from the 6th floor. Everyday cleaning was ok. There were some special tasty things for breakfast (e.g matsoni, cottage cheese, beans prepared local way, pickled vegetables) but all in all breakfast was quite average as was the coffee.

Sometimes the smell in the room bothered me. Once it was cigarette smell though it is not allowed to smoke in the hotel (the windows were closed). And there was strong sewage smell a couple of times. I didn't get any lunch box, though informed the staff about my very early check-out beforehand (see photo).

Very cozy hotel not far from the old town. Very friendly staff who greet you with a glass of wine at check-in and very helpful indeed. A good breakfast. The elevator! A nice location. A good value for money.

The room was a bit small and the lighting a bit deem.
