Немного неловко двум девушкам приходить вечером в спа, отдыхающие мужчины, кажется, все время ждали, когда мы уйдем, будто мы портили атмосферу))) Но при этом отмечу, что персонал в спа отличный, большая сауна, классный джакузи, турецкие бани на любителя) А еще мы были в феврале, немного дует из окон, но кровати находятся далеко от окна, поэтому это не критично

Чистые и просторные номера, хаузеипер на 7 этаже очень внимательна к гостям, работа супервайзера Самира в ресторане очень понравилась, и ресепшионист Самир был очень вежлив и внимателен. Отель оставил приятные впечатления!!! Супер что есть СПА!

The staff were impeccably polite and helpful, led by amazing and amazingly efficient Samir. They greeted us like family every morning for breakfast, cut us a nice plate of fruit every day, and even brought us a cake for new year's eve (see pictures)! The rooms were comfortable and tastefully designed and decorated, with high ceilings that made them feel even larger than they were. The beds were among the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The hotel was impeccably clean as well. I enjoyed going to the well attended and well kept Finnish Sauna and the steam room every day. Even though the hotel was by a major road the rooms were pretty insulated from outside, we never heard or felt any of the traffic outside.

A few small things: Smoking was allowed (or at least tolerated) in the spa, which was somewhat unfortunate given how great it was otherwise. There were no black-out curtains, which combined with the fact that the lights in the corridor didn't have a timer and were sometimes left on by whoever was there last sometimes disrupted our sleep. I think either having black out curtains or making sure the lights are turned off automatically should easily solve this problem. Even though the rooms were well insulated from each other, they were not as well insulated from each other. So if you get a rowdy neighbour your sleep could get disrupted. We stayed in the hotel for almost two weeks and experienced both rowdier and quieter neighbours, so it was luck of the draw every night.

Exceptionally friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area. Ms. Nursac is very polite and professional. All the team in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and we felt like owners of the hotel. Sort distance from city center. Secure neighborhood

The Hammam area is not only for residents and the noise exists. Smoking in the hammam lounge area was a surprise for us. We faced an issue with smoking in other rooms in the hotel resulting smell in our room, which was very uncomfortable for us.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I've been traveling to different countries and haven't seen this level of hospitality before. If I were to go to Baku again, I wouldn't think twice about booking this hotel. The breakfast was also amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Midtown Hotel and it was an incredible experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to attractions. Nice hotel, room is clean, good breakfast and location is 7min drive to Nizami street, 24hrs supermarket right next to the hotel. I was upgraded to a bigger room for free. All staff are amazing, special thanks goes to Sabine very helpful and supportive, also thanks to Samir, Nour, Suleiman, Rebecca and all the team. Highly recommended.

The best hotel for me in Baku is characterized by cleanliness and good manners of staff and workers. The restaurant is also distinguished by the variety of delicious meals, the good and kindness of the staff and their service to the visitors of the restaurant, as I believe that they are characterized by expert and wise management that makes the staff at the top of their activity and focus on serving the guests.
