We loved the location and layout. Was not the cleanest but overall was a nice experience. The door key code lock locked us out of the house 30 minutes before it was supposed to at check out so we could not do a final pass. Ended up leaving a shaving kit in master bathroom on third floor but cleaning said they did not see anything. One of the bathroom showers was stopped up with hair and bugs and kitchen cabinet doors were lose and wobbly.

Great location. Loved having morning coffee on the deck watching the magnificent sunrise. The ocean abound with wildlife; dolphins, osprey, gulls etc. Place was great for family with everyone able to have a private room and bath! Views were great from the living room. House was comfortable with all the necessities. Loved gazing at the stars from the hot tub. Management team was quick and responsive to inquiries. Check in and out was easy.

Nice location to beach and town. Neighbors were loud. Great size for a few families but kitchen is smaller.

This house was amazing from the location, to the cleanliness. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The place was so clean other than a few spots on my shower curtain but I just wiped them with some cleaner wipes. Very quiet area with very close access tot he beach and restaurants. I 100% would recommend this house.

Our family absolutely loved the location of this house. The views of the ocean are truly incredible and the walk to the beach is 30 seconds. House is accurate to photos in listing. Overall, the house is a bit worn - older mattresses, some outlets not working, carpet needs refreshed, some loose fixtures, etc. However, it met our expectations and we had a great, relaxing stay!

The location of the property is perfect. The hot tub was wonderful. Noone had to share a bathroom. Everything was in working condition but a few things could be updated. I would definitely rent this same property again

The rental process was super easy , property management were quick to respond to my question and the pool was cleaned several times during our stay without disruption to our activities. The house was actually bigger than expected with plenty of room to gather for meals or find a quiet space. The views are amazing from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. The rooms were well appointed, like the pictures in the listing. Close to all sorts of shops and things to do on rainy days. The house could use some some minor maintenance - fix the lock on the first floor slider so you dont have to put a piece of wood in the track and the third floor slider grinds/squeaks waking up folks on the floor below. Over all it was a great place, beautiful views and sounds of crashing waves, an extremely short walk to the beach access (one of the few with a ramp!), and management was very helpful! This was our first stay in Kitty Hawk and we can't wait to go back!
