Unacceptable rude staff. DO NOT STAY THERE. I booked a room with breakfast included for one night and I nedded to leave the hotel at 3am because my flight was at 5am. I asked on the front desk to pack my breakfast into a lunch box as I needed to leave earlier and didn't have an opportunity to have breakfast at standart time. Manager refused to do it because from their perspective if I want to have breakfast early I need to pay an additional fee. I was quite surprised to hear that and ask to make a refund for breakfast as I already paid for it. He didn't understand me and I was need to use google transate to explain my request as his english wasn't good enough which is fine but could be better. When he read my message he simply started laughing at my face!!! Than he went to office where were other colleagues and I heard laughing from there as well. When he finally back to me I asked to make just a couple of sandwiches and some fruits to take away. Guess what..? Laughing again. At the end of this story he wrote in google translation that "breakfast is a courtesy from the hotel and they will not provide it if I need to leave earlier. One additional feedback, I was too tired to go somewhere and find a place for dinner so I decided to stay at hotel's restaurant. In literally empty restaurant besides me I was waiting 30 minutes for one meal and red house wine was awful.

Do atendimento. As pessoas foram preparadas para receber os hóspedes do hotel. Elas eram receptivas, agradáveis e falo isso desde o serviço de arrumação dos quartos quanto dos demais funcionários do hotel - recepção, restaurante e da Gerente Manuela. Time altamente preparado para receber os hóspedes e resolver os problemas que pudessem aparecer. O Hotel London está de Parabéns!!!!

Não posso opinar, pois fomos bem recebidos e não tivemos qualquer contra-tempo.

Room small, bed rather hard. Storing luggage is complicated, but finally worked out.
