Need more towels and keys

Close to beach and good bed

The flat was exceptionally clean and updated. It's location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach, 180° view of the water and Chania, quick walk to restaurants and Old Town. Really lovely welcome by the host with pastried and goodies. They brought us spare towels to use for the beach. Was a wonderful experience for our family of 4.

The a/c in the living room leaked (I'm sure they'll have it fixed soon), but otherwise everything was perfect.

This beach front apartment has an amazing view. Each room is decorated beautifully. The location is walking distance to the center of Chania. We were welcomed by wines, fruit plates and freshly made Greek cookies. We had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment overlooked the sea next to the beach. It's location was near good restaurants and a supermarket so made it convenient. Crete is a beautiful place to visit!

The apartment was recently refurbished but wasn't fully completed as advertised when making the booking and feel I was miss sold the property. There were no blinds in one bedroom which overlooked several neighbours so we couldn't use that room to sleep in as no privacy. There was a live wire in one of the bathroom cabinet's. No titling around the pipes in the 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bathroom kept flooding after a shower as the shower door wasn't fixed properly. There was an empty fireplace so we couldn't use it as it was chilly in the evenings. There were no instructions on how to switch the hot water (or heating) on so we couldn't shower on the first night after travelling which was awful. All the balcony sliding doors wouldn't lock so it was always a security risk leaving the property with our valuables. There was a small safe in one of the bedroom cupboards which wasn't attached to the cupboard or wall, so a theif could easily take it away and break into it. There was a jacuzzi in the living room which was very odd. The property had fake plants and grass in the garden area that were being water automatically in the evenings - very bizarre! The door bell hadn't been full fixed. The property lacked attention to detail for the price and market it is aiming for. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and they didn't even come to meet us. After leaving they said I owed them money and didn't explain what I owed them for even though I paid for everything when making the booking. They also said I owed cleaning fees even though it was all paid for with the booking, and we had left the property spotless. I raised a complaint on the day I retuned home as I was upset by the whole experience, with photo evidence of the issues mentioned and I got an apology after pushing the issue, but no offer of a part refund or anything.

Wi-Fi didn’t work for first two nights but they tried to fix it immediately.

The apartment is just on the beach and near to restaurants and coffee shops. There is also a mini market on the same street. The view from the terrace is wonderful.It is an apartment, but it feels like a hotel. We found a coffee machine with coffee and sugar. There was also a small bottle of oil, vinegar and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms had bathrobes, bed slippers and toiletries. The apartment is also very clean. It was a pity that we stayed there only for 2 nights. The first morning, our host Maria was so kind to bring us some Greek pastries. Highly recommended

One bedroom had no air-condition. Showers need more light.

very comfortable apartment with excellent location and beautiful view. Excellent beds with spacious balcony. It would have been convenient to know that there are two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor and the possibility to choose by booking.

the surrounding of the building was very dirty with garbage but our neighbor guest cleaned the whole area in front of the balconies. Communication from the agency could be improved. We would be informed one day before arrival at what time the apartment would be available but there was no message.
