everything is great in this hotel food and accommodation I couldn’t fault the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough. especially Christine at the bar John and Nicole on reception and Costa the owner made sure we had a fantastic holiday I’ll definitely be back thanks Trudy

Was so central, bed was so comfy and clean, the room was a bit too hot unfortunately but bathroom was so fancy was very happy with my stay

Really good value for money, the restaurant that you eat at if you have dinner included is actually exceptional! Receptionists were so lovely and helped with any issues.

Housekeeping wasn’t great, but once we spoke to the front desk problem was solved

only 2 minutes from the beach, right in the middle of everything.

I like the area of this hotel it’s near by to the ocean and to the bars wich is really good

I don’t like it that much it’s because of. 1. the room was okay 2.the cleaning was not that good enough,the cleaning time it should be after two days the cleaners needs to clean the room and change everything! but sadly I have to go to the front desk to ask to clean our room, we actually stayed for 8nights and 7days total. after I ask about the cleaning we arrived to our room but still they even didn’t change everything they just pick up the trash and done! also the CR/TOILET they even didn’t clean it it was yuck!!! so I have to clean it for my self even we paid the hotel to do it for us! 3.the breakfast was okay but nothing special because since we stayed for the our first morning till the end of our stayed it’s all the same,so it’s kinda joke by the way! I get bored to eat on the breakfast time because it’s always the same so what we did is to go out to find a better breakfast in the town wich we found..

the stuff

It was in the city center , so it was not bad. Also dinner was nice , but the dinner is in the restaurant near it and you can choose food just till 12 eur not more. So i wouldn't book the option with dinner because it is not all inclusive at all. Seaside was really near.

we really didn't like the barmen , she was always trying to speak sexy and offering drinks for young guys. Also it is very important to know that this hotel full of super young boys from England, so parties and screaming are all the day. If you want to have relax time by the swimming pool it is impossible. So this hotel for people till max 20 years old. Breakfast was very very poor.

- The hotel was close to the beach. - The room was quiet and had a small balcony and air conditioned. - The lady from the breakfast area was very nice and there were some delicious donoughts and grape syrup to eat.

-There was barely daily cleaning in the room, just changing the towels left on floor and changing the garbage bin, no mopping the floor at least. After the forth night, the cleaning lady changed the bed sheets just because we personally kindly asked her to do so.. - on the arrival night, the guy from reception tried to charge us extra by justifying the tax as "City tax" and asking for extra 10 euro/NIGHT. Luckily, we mentioned we will check if already payed and looked on our payment summary on booking and saw we already payed for that (City tax is actually a lot less..).Then, thankfully, he did not ask again.. - the Wi-Fi in the room was practically inexistant, since there was no signal reaching our room. - the room had no nice view as expected (Beach or garden as mentioned in description), just a window towards the street. - the breakfast was good, but not diverse enough for a 1 week or more stay.

Location is the best, is 2 minutes away from the beach and a lot of supermarkets available to buy souvenirs and stuff. The city is exclusive for young people and not for older ones. It has a lot of energy and good vibes. It’s worth it. The bartender from the pool was nice :)) even tho calling “happy hour, every hour..etc” was kinda annoying but funny in the same time. She was nice after all.

The beds were bad.. I’ve asked for double bed and I’ve got two beds one close to another. I think the whole hotel it is like that. The second is the people that stayed in the other rooms … a lots of Brits and Dutch people who get drunk every single night and made a lot of noise… it’s impossible to get a peacefull rest during the night.

by the pool constantly hearing the lady on the microphone saying happy hour every minute was really annoying.

We, me and my friend, visited Esperia earlier this month, when it was really the end of the season. It was super quiet everywhere, things were about to close down for the season when we were there. This caused people in the hotel to be super flexible, as we were able to check out late, which was super convenient since our flight was at 9 p.m. Besides that, all the staff in general is super friendly!!! They are happy to help you with everything, have enough recommendations where to go, what to do, where to eat. Super helpful!! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel is superb! In the main street of Laganas with the beach, lots of souvenir stores and nice restaurants around! We really enjoyed our stay at Esperia hotel!

Only thing I could think of is the shower, it was pretty small.
