Darinka was a fabulous host! She gave us endless recommendations on what we can do in the vicinity of her estate. The apartment was spacious and clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you would need during the stay. Darinkas helpers were happy to provide us with whatever we would be missing. From the livingroom we could see the sea and the antique beds were very picturesque and comfortable. Cant wait to come back with friends or family!

This place is a Classic house (if you like old antiques then you are in for a treat) filled with love, happiness, and a true family feel. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between visiting my own family home and this place. I highly recommend this place for its location and the host. super helpful and caring.

I loved this place, it is old but has charm. but with an old house comes issues such as the smell of sewerage in the bathroom from the drains.

Very friendly hosts and the lovely lady made us feel like home. The appartment is comfortly and clean. I liked the antique fourniture. The appartment is close to the sea and the amazing 8 km long boulevard. Very nice!

The hosts were very friendly but the apartment was bordering dangerous to live in, it is falling apart and for a location such as Opatija riviera it should not be on the accommodation list and as for Booking.com it should not be promoted by them. The two bedroom apartment we were staying in should be struck off the rental list of Darinka apartments it does not do justice to the host.

Horror. Dirt everywhere in apartment. Arrogant owner. Dangerous for the baby. Unsecured terraces. Windows with one old pane, leaky so that you can hear passing cars as if there was no window. We rented it for 3 days and immediately decided to change the apartment. The owner did not agree to a no-cost cancellation. After we packed up and went to another apartment, the owner entered the apartment in our absence and broke the furniture and accused us of stealing the router and charged us 500 euros for the theft and damage. He blackmailed us with text messages. The next day we went to the police who came to the apartment and the router was in place and the damage was simulated. At the beginning, he welcomes a kind old woman, and if you have remarks, an arrogant and hot-headed guy appears at the age of around 50. Avoid this place.

I do not like this accomodation at all, very very old - only bathroom was after reconstruction... never ever.

The location was amazing. The sea is in 2 mimuted walking distance. The air conditon worked perfect.

There was no Wifi and the cooking equipment could be better. A good knife, a cutting board, bowls for Müsli,...

When we arrived the provided phone number was turned off, we waited more than an hour to get the accommodation. It turns out that the owners is vacationing in Florida. The accommodation has old furnitures, uncomfortable beds, the bedrooms have no windows, it's like sleeping in a basement. The bedrooms are airless and musty. The advertised terrace does not belong to the apartment, you have to go down steep stairs there. We had a terrible 3 nights. I do not recommend it to anyone.
