The hosts decided that it would be a great idea to ask me to send them documents 15 minutes before the check-in time at the airport, when I was already travelling. They claimed that their website says that documents are needed to collect the keys, but I had made the booking months before travelling and they didn't send any reminders. In fact, the day before travelling I went over all the messages regarding the booking, and there was only one request: to tell them my arrival time, which I did. The response was, "No problem". Nothing about needing any documents. The person handling the email messages about my documents took no initiative to be helpful. Despite having no computer, I actually managed to send the data page of my passport. The assistant declined to pass on the information it contained but instead asked me to transcribe it all. The Whatsapp number for the residence they provided did not work. All in all, this was an incredibly stressful way to begin my journey. I would strongly recommend not using Booking.com again and shall do my best to avoid this site, not just the residence.

Walking distance to Auchan (300 meters), private parking place, good Wi-Fi, the well equipped apartment is cozy and clean with a nice balcony, helpful owner. Love the recycling thorough system and the amazing soft and perfumed towels!

I like the location , the parking very close to the door , it was clean with all necessary . It was easy to communicate for the location of the apartment /the key / the parking place

There is noise from neighbors. The fridge is doing that noise very disturbing …. especially at night making sleeping hard

Close to the airport, good for one night staying. The studio was clear. Parking spot available. Overall quite cheap, you pay for what you get.

Lots of utensils to cook with, pretty good knives. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in the bathroom. We enjoyed the balcony very much. It was a quiet area at night.

The location is good for one night or if you have rented a car. The basics in the kitchen are not present (pepper, salt, oil, sugar). The shopping mall is within walking distance, but for the beach you really need a car or if you want to go to Olbia city. unfortunately we had not rented a car. Beach is too far to walk. Buses run once every hour, and not late in the evening. The bed is too hard, and not recommended for people with back, shoulder or knee complaints.

Spacious room, very clean, and 20 minute walk to the airport! Also soaps for showering were provided and a bottle of water. The apartments is a 5 minute walk from a huge shopping mall too with a grocery store and fast food inside.

Convenient to the airport, but one needs to drive to get into town. Reasonable amount of space, quite well equipped kitchen (which we did not use). There is a fridge.

Small bathroom with nowhere to put toiletries, and no fan or aircon. Small bed for two. Parking space was occupied for all our stay, so we had to park in the wrong place - I have a photo of the car that was in there.Key lockbox was unlocked, quite a risk for the owner?
