The room was comfy and beautyfull. Very near to monaco and well placed in the town cap d'ail. It was perfect

The welcoming host nothing was too much trouble, cleanliness, superb location, pool, air con, car parking, proximity to Plage Mala, and La Pinede restaurant just down the road which is superb

There is nothing not to like

The Villa itself is perfect . Saskia is indeed a real superhost, she greeted us very friendly and welcomed us to her home. She speaks perfect english too! The appartment is on ground level of the villa, which makes it very very friendly and bright. There is plenty of space and the rooms are very clean and modern. We loved it ! And of course - the POOL is a highlight! To have such a pool at the cote d'azur is like a dream with perfect views of the sea. The location is perfect too. 2 minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes walk to the center of cap d'ail. In an other 2 minutes you are at the famous boardwalk to walk to Plage Mala or to the harbour of cap d'ail. It's a magical trail along the beach - definitely recommend! You can even walk to Monaco too!! All in all , this was really our best stay in cap d'ail ever. I've been in monaco/Cap D'ail 10 times but this stay was our favorite and we will definitely choose it again for future vacations there. :)

the host was very helpful for navigating the area, speak in English and always response promptly. the location was convenient to morte Carlo, nice and Menton.

there was odour to the property and we did find the sink drain was not connecting and we try to connect it. It didn’t seem to fully resolve the issue and we have to open the window. we are not sure whether this was the factor or whether it is because of pets which is not to our preference. There was also a misunderstanding/expectation on check out requirement. we took the bin out and washed the plates/pots but left them out to dry before we have to leave in the early morning. however we were expected to have the deep clean and was not aware there was no cleaner to do so. it could be even better if this requirement is explained before the booking. If this was commented in the booking process we would consider alternative option or happily accommodated.

the villa owners are lovely people , you are lucky if you stay here , its a great location

i can not think of anything that could be better , maybe parking was a little tight
