Clean, comfortable apartament. Good location, not far away from Würzburg Residentz palace. Helpful and fast answering owner. If you need a nice stay for few days in Würzburg - this it the place :)

+ The host is very friendly and communicative, we didn't meet them in person, but the emailing was very supportive and helpful + The location is really good - it's a quiet area, but the Residence is 5 minutes away by foot! + The bed is comfy! + Hot water pressure is off charts, amazing!

- The apartment could use a thorough clean-up! Dust, spider-web, dirty corners, walls in the bedroom had strange spots. Please take care of it.

small issue getting into the apartment as the lockbox was frozen. Arriving late at night in minus 5 degree temperatures only to discover that there was no heating on in the apartment. the living area was quite cool. only half a roll of toilet paper was provided to last 5 people for 2 nights.

If it was named High-quality apartments near Residence - NO PARKING SPACE, I’d give it 10 out of 10 however we booked the place due to the parking space & were even given detailed instructions where to park (space 53) only a day earlier. However the exterior of the apartment is under major renovation & has been for at least 6 months according to numerous residents - there are no parking spaces within approx 400m any time after 4pm - when we rang to question this we were told to park in the cemetery car park. There was no where to even stop to get our bags out as cars go up & down the street regularly. Wonderful place to stay if you have no car & I would highly recommend it, but terrible if you require a parking space even remotely nearby.

See above. The parks u see in the photos provided are illegal parking however everyone parks there - they are completely full after 3ish pm. #53 is you allocated spot & it is non existent & has been for 6m due to exterior work on the building that won’t be finished anytime soon according to several residents.

They could do with some cooking pots in case guests decide to cook something. I am sure that is why alot of people choose to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel
