the staff were very friendly and we had our 6 month old with us as were coming over from Cali visiting some friends for a day and they were very accommodating to sterilise our baby bottles and were always friendly and helpful.

the room we were in (447) has no windows, so it was pretty claustrophobic. I would suggest you ensure to ask for a room with windows. the only form of ventilation was basically having the room exposed to the corridor by having the top of the shower area open to the outside.

I had a very noisy room not only next to the main road but also next to noisy machines, the tv wasn't working at all, breakfast was repetitive no much options.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food on the 5th floor was good.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. At first the two rooms were very far from each other, but were changed to other rooms across from each other. One of the rooms did not have a window (very unsettling) the other room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The city of Tulua did not feel very welcoming and we were told not to leave the hotel after dark and only eat at their restaurant on the 5th floor. It was also difficult to find the hotel. It is located on the 4th floor of the building and is not very well marked from the street. There is free parking in a parking lot around the corner from the building as well.

The hotel was very central with free parking and a nice pool which was good enough for a dip in the hot sun.

The sunbathing chairs need to be changed and they only had 2 which were broken, the jets and heating element in the hot tub should be fixed and the sauna too. A breakfast menu would also be good.

It was a great place to stay, very clean, very friendly staff especially Estefania, really nice and friendly! the room where I stayed in was comfortable! clean and with all the amenities for a great price! very pleased with my stay! 👍

only comments would be the pillows and the breakfast options could be a bit more varied, also the extensions on the room when I called none of them worked or were answered so I’d suggest to check that out!

Barely any hot water. Our room was close to the reception area and we could hear them early in the morning talking. When we arrived our TV was not working and neither was the fridge. The staff was helpful and tried to fix the issue but we ended up just switching rooms.

The location was very central. The mattress, although it was only a double was surprisingly confortable.

The pictures on Booking.com are NOT an accurate reflection of this place today. Room was tiny and the bathroom was minuscule. Hotel is hidden on the 4th and 5th floor of a business building and is not clearly marked. The noise from a drunken party on the 5th floor was very disturbing and went on unchecked very late. The room said it was king size with an extra large bed which we paid a much higher price for but it wasn't even a queen size mattress. It felt like a college dorm instead of a 3 Star hotel but really it doesn't even rate 2 stars and would not meet the expectations of any international travellers. Very over priced and not good value for money.
