Location is perfect, directly in the Center you can easily walk to all the attractions, as well as the train station. For one night and the price, I can’t really complain, the room was spacious and there is even a hairdryer provided. Check in is uncomplicated, but you’ll get a code for the door and the key card from a machine. So you actually never get into personal contact with someone working there.

It should have been more clean. The night table was dusty and there were some stains from a glass or something. Also there were hairs in the shower and on the curtain which immediately took away the feeling of wanting to take a refreshing shower.

Very centeraized location. Room was very basic but satisfied for the cost . Share bathroom was clean .

There is NO elevator to top floors ! Very narrow stairways . The management insists on a full digital reservation and automated cheak in process....that in some cases can be more difficult to follow . I had lucky and got help from a friendly staff member who passed-by in a "show up" time ; otherwise, I couldn't complete the cheak in 🤷‍♂️.

This was a perfect spot for the night. It is so central and there are so many great spots around to eat or explore. I had a room that faced the square and it wasn't too noisy. I would definitely recommend staying here

The only bad thing is having to carry your bag up some skinny steps but that is a given in such European buildings so not an issue at all

The location of the hostel is amazing!

Aside the girl that did the check in, there is no staff. Also no common areas which are visible, to which you would go to gladly.

The apartment is very centric, just a short walk to all the main landmarks. It is in a square full of restaurants and bars with good prices to eat or have a drink. Everything was super clean. The bedroom is perfect for one person, and the small balcony to the Plaza was a nice touch to my stay. I would recommend this place and be back for sure.

The location was fantastic and the view was great. The Beds were super comfortable.

There is no concept of a reception. Since I arrived early, I wanted to leave by luggage at the hostel and go out for a walk. But I had to carry it with me since no one picked my call.

Proximity to the Center, although there are restaurants and bars in front of the facility, it was not noisy in the night. There is heating and AC, bathroom was small but clean and the shower had good pressure. Towels were being changed every day. There is an uncomplicated self check in machine, useful if you arrive late.

Easy check in and check out system. The staff immediately helped when I had problems with my locker and you get free coffee and water.

I would like better bed covers, it was a little cold, but it was fine.

The accommodation is extremely central. It was very clean. In these reviews I always approach with the attitude "you get what you pay for" and base my comments on that. All in all it is good value for the money I paid. I have stayed here before so that in itself indicates that I found it OK the first time. This time was not as good as my room was smaller than the one previously and did not have a proper window. The only staff you will see at this place is the cleaning staff who were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for budget accommodation and read the property description and have no great expectations I would recommend this place but remember that you get what you pay for. The check in procedure is strange but worked well. The communication with the property is very good.

The room and particularly the bathroom had a foul smell, when I entered the room it was almost overwhelming. I complained about this but it did not improve. There was no hot water to the washbasin and it did not have a plug. The shower was very small and the shower curtain did not fit properly so you have to be careful that you don't flood the bathroom.
