Esta bien el apartamento, ubicación tranquila. Y el anfitrión muy amable

Se aparca fatal en la zona

El apartamento tiene tres habitaciones grandes, no me esperaba que fuesen tan cómodas a tan buen precio. Está genial ubicado, a 2 minutos del bus que te lleva al centro de San Sebastián.

Aunque hay bastante sitio para aparcar, me costó un poquito, nada qu ver con el apartamento peor a tener en cuenta.

Localização. Nada perto das praias e do centro turístico. Mas existe transporte na porta

The host was helpful. Everything necessary was in the apartment. Good internet.

I don't like this type of bed and would prefer a more hard mattress. There are two safes on the door, which was confusing at first. Expensive. I understand this is tourist season and other options are even more expensive, but still want to grumble :)

Nice view from the apartment, comfortable

The place was nice and the host was great. It wasn't the best place we've stayed, but it was a good value and a short drive to the beach. The best part of the place was the owner was very helpful and worked it out for us check-in early.

No AC--although, we were there during a heat wave and the host provided fans and we could open the windows so it did cool off pretty well in the evening and for sleeping. I don't think it normally gets that hot in San Sebastian so it probably won't be an issue for most guests. The elevator was small and the entryways were not lit very well for the building. The kitchen was not stocked great with utensils and pots and pans, but we managed.

The apartment is spacious and 4 people can comfortably stay without "stepping over" each other. For a short time it could probably accommodate even 5 or 6 people, although the single bathroom might become a bottleneck. The building is under repair, but it did not affect us (and we had been warned by the Host). Walking distance (15min) from Pasaia, and not too far from S. Sebastian. You can hike the mount Gros from trails right behind the apartment.

Some beds (in particular the one next to the kitchen) made an incredible noise at each and every movement. My son sleeps through a bombardment, but he just couldn't, and to be fair, he could be heard throughout the apartment during the night. Also, the towels and the bedsheets should probably be renewed soon. We were a bit disappointed also with the tiny TV (24", maybe?). While we don't go on vacations to watch TV, after a long day walking it's pleasant to sit on the sofa and watch the news, or a movie. An update would surely be welcomed.
