the facilities were great. it’s huge and there are many rooms. it seemed to be a wonderfull place BUT, …!!!

This should have been a wonderfull stay. unfortunately the olace has NO soul. the designated smokkng area is the complete outside! meaning you wil have breakfast between smokers and there is no seating okace available inside for non smokers. enjoy your breakfast! they solved it by putting us on another seperate terras but it was to hot in the sun. Also the way one of the ladies reacted lkke the law in Portugal is like that, accept it! This way of communication is not what to expect. the other lady played her role. every day exact the same words like a robot. No soul! Again, beautiful bu NO soul! like the rooms, NO soul. clean but NO soul! it is runned kind of corporated. That’s not what you want in anolace like this. also the fountain in front of the door makes to much noise to sleep. no coffee in the room, except when you pay for it. summary: beautiful place with no soul, staff (kind of not really communicative, like a robot, and more like the menrality you paid: just shut up and leave me alone. they hide the menu so they do not have to make fried eggs. you get the picture!?!? But to me it was a smoking paradise. if you are a smoker you will probably enjoy but for me it was to much smoke. the smoke went even inside where the buffet was so absolutely not hygienic! I do not understand why the do not create a place to have breakfast for non smokers as the whole outside is their designated smoking area! I can bare smokers, maken no mistake, but this was over the top! enjoyed the landscape though … man clouds, you know what I mean.

simply GORGEOUS !!! fantastic views & rooms . close by many fabulous beaches & restaurants… but you feel like you are in an oasis ! Victor & Jaqueline are so friendly & helpful … can’t wait until spring when they open again & we can spend more time in this lovely area of Portugal at this lovely relaxing place thank you

The room that i booked had a mini Kitchen which was good because i was able to cook my own food since i was there for 5 days. It also has a pool that has heated water for the colder months. The main gate was automated. The Staff were very friendly, nice and easy to ask for any information that you need. They also answer your questions very fast. Super nice views everywhere.

Well it is not actually a con but you will need a rental car when you book this property. Having a rental car is actually good since you can visit all the beautiful beaches near the property. The Breakfast is the same everyday but hey its included in the price. :)

The room was really big, with a bed and a sofa. The bathroom was as big as the room, with a shower and a huge romantic bathtub. The view is beautiful, the pool is heated up to about 27 Celsius and the water inside is salted. Breakfast was great and there is a really good restaurant for lunch and dinner nearby (O Rustico).

The only disadvantage which i see is that you most probably need a car in order to be able to explore the area properly.

It is a beautiful hotel that feels like a big house. The room was very nice, cosy and comfortable, with a view to a nice swimming pool. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The water in the pool is warmed up and the beds outside the pool very relaxing. It's a great place, very peaceful and in a nice location. The breakfast is also very good. We had a great time there and I highly recommend it!

If I have to be very picky some vegetables for breakfast would be great, (i.e. tomatoes, cucumbers or lettuce) as an addition to sandwiches :) Also some drinking water in the room would be nice.

beautiful pool, room and property! Quiet and never crowded. courteous staff. our room had a magnificent private terrace overlooking the hills- heaven! we get a little overwhelmed with takeout and dinners out so it was nice to have what we needed to eat a salad once in awhile:)

I loved everything- you do need a car at this property though, as it isn’t in town.

Well my room was comfortable and clean with a spectacular 270 degree view of the area, with access to the pool... Jacqueline was phenomenal and went beyond boundaries in my assistance. Total peacefull and quiet.

Great space and amenities. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Close to a lot of great attractions.

Very quiet and secluded. Impeccably maintained and clean. Spacious airconditioned rooms. Views of the surrounding hills from the second floor room with balcony are really pretty. Nice heated saltwater pool. Staff were very friendly and professional.

No coffee or tea available in the room, though both are available in common area/lobby for a small price. Old fashioned keys for the room and facilities can be a little tricky to use and aren't as convenient to carry with you as keycards.

Quiet & relaxing place which is very close (by car) to all local attractions. Owner and whole staff are very friendly and helpful :-) We love this place and would like to back again :-) :-) :-)

Everything was lovely! Staff, room and location just perfect. They even offered complementary drinks on our anniversary celebration.

This was a nice place to spend a few days. It is not near to things you can easily walk to, but very nice. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
