Vlaho very helpful before and during the stay.
Met by tour guide late Saturday on arrival who was very helpful.
As has been said before, not particularly clean in the living room.
Otherwise a perfect apartment and location.
Be mindful there are a lot of steps.

The location was perfect, very close to the old town. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

The host was very helpful and responsive which was a great plus! The location is great - 5 minutes to the center, 10 minutes to the beach. There’s a big balcony overlooking the sea and city center. The apartament is specious and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Overall it was clean, but there were places that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while.

The location is perfect (~5 min. walking distance from the city walls). And the shopping center is near. You just have to be prepaired to climb number of stairs :) Appartment is spacious. It was so convenient to have bathroom next to each bedroom! And the terrace with incredible view to Dubrovnik old town was perfect! Communication with Vlaho was very easy. We came late in the evening, and the host accepted us kindly. We are grateful to Vlaho for recommendations regarding places to visit (if you have time, it’s worth spending a day or a half in a Lokrum island). Vlaho helped us out with a parking in the neighbourhood - it was rather expensive, however worth it, taking into account it was close to the apartment.
It could be more tidy and clean!
The apartment (furniture, equipment and etc.) is outdated, full of old stuff.
Offboarding surprisingly was very early - we found a compromise with Vlaho to leave at 9:30, however I would expect it to be a bit later.

Great location. Plenty of space to enjoy the apartment after the day.
Wifi spotty (one bedroom didn't have any). Sliding doors to terrace are very heavy and tough to open.

The location is amazing! Great views over Dubrovnik old town from the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink. It's also barely a 10 minute walk into the center of the old town and all the attractions. There are restaurants and a couple of convenience stores nearby that are a bit cheaper than those inside the walls. Great access for the cable car too! The apartment itself is light and airy, with a lot of space. You could comfortably fit 3 couples in here. Communication with Vlaho to get into the property was excellent.
This is very specific and probably wouldn't apply for most people, but we had a 6 month old baby with us and the parquet floors (Which look great!) are very loud and creaky which made it tough to move around when we'd put the baby to bed! This is no one's fault though. Another small thing would be that the kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc could be updated - there was a lot of mis-matched stuff. Obviously we cooked a few meals in the apartment because of the baby and it was fine, but if you were a bigger group than us you might struggle.
