We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely complex, which beautifully captures the essence of an old town neighborhood. The quaint and charming atmosphere made us feel right at home, creating an intimate and heartwarming experience. The pool area was a delightful oasis, offering a refreshing escape during our stay. It was well-maintained, and the serene surroundings added to the overall tranquility of the complex. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant on the premises. Not only was it impeccably clean, but the culinary offerings were also exceptional. The staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making each dining experience enjoyable and satisfying. The complex's location in the town of Ayvalik further added to the allure of our stay. Ayvalik is undeniably a charming town, and we were eager to explore its narrow streets and local attractions. However, we encountered some challenges with parking due to the town's popularity, as it was quite crowded during our visit. Nonetheless, we managed to navigate the town by car, allowing us to experience its unique beauty. Despite the parking situation, our overall experience at the complex was outstanding. The warm and welcoming staff at the restaurant, along with the picturesque surroundings, created a memorable and pleasant stay. We genuinely appreciate the effort put into maintaining such a charming and comfortable environment for guests. Our time spent here was truly special, and we hope to have the opportunity to return and explore more of Ayvalik's treasures in the future.

During our stay, we encountered a few issues that we would like to bring to your attention for improvement. Firstly, upon our arrival at the reception, it seemed as though the staff was not aware of our reservation. We had booked 2 apartments, but unfortunately, they were not prepared for our arrival. Instead, we were initially provided with one apartment and a standard room. The two young receptionists that showed us the rooms were young and did not know the location of the rooms. They seemed to see them first time, like we did. While the apartment was acceptable, we must express our disappointment with the standard room. It had a strong smell of mold and sewage, which would have made our stay uncomfortable. Upon reviewing our booking details again, we discovered that we had instead reserved 2 apartments, and we promptly brought this to the attention of the staff. After the matter was resolved, the rest of our stay went smoothly. However, we did encounter an issue when settling our restaurant bill the night before check-out. Fortunately, the younger receptionist who assisted us with the payment provided a paper as confirmation, although it wasn't a formal receipt. This proved to be beneficial, as the senior receptionist girl later attempted to charge us again for the same amount. We hope that our feedback helps in improving the overall guest experience. Despite the initial inconveniences, we appreciated the efforts made to resolve the situation promptly. Polishing these aspects of your service will undoubtedly enhance the stay for future guests. Little mix up with the rooms when we arrived, so we had not enough room to sleep.

we love our stay here so much, the staffs (especially mr Enes, he is so friendly and cheerful and obviously love his job and the chef), the rooms, pool area, food, breakfast, surrounding, the beach and everything is provided. you wont be regretted. Actually I dont want to write good things about this hotel coz its so perfect and more people will come and if we want to stay next time, probably there wont be available room or the price will increase🤭

At night there were mosquitoes around the pool bar snd sometimes could be found in the room but make sure to bring repellent and u will be okay.

Perfect for one night in order to split a longer drive into 2 days. Good hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel looks like an old village road and on the both sides of the road are located old fashioned homes, with big olive trees in front of them, with a small table and chairs. Clean and very good looking pool. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff in the restaurant.
