The owner was very accommodating, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Only 500m from the water.

Being on the 4th floor there are a lot of stair, it was ok for us but if you are elderly or have any mobility problems it may be an issue

The host had been in communication ahead of us arriving and met us at the accommodation to check us in, which was quick without issues. The host ensured we had everything we needed, had great communication and was able to communicate with the host easily if we had questions or if there were any issues (which there wasn’t!). We were a group of 5, and had plenty of space. The apartment itself is amazing, so clean and bright. The host provided us with really good recommendations of places to go while we stayed in split. The host left some items including wine and coffee/milk for during our stay which was a lovely touch. The bath robes and slippers were also a nice surprise! The apartment had everything you would need, including cooking facilities and equipment, washing machine/dishwasher and cleaning supplies. All the amenities that we needed were provided, there is hair dryers and air con also. The two shower bathrooms and a half bathroom was great for us having 5 guests. There is also a supermarket nearby which is perfect to get the essentials in, does lovely pastries and fresh bread. The apartment it not in the centre but ubers were cheap and was a short journey, so you could still explore the centre and the beaches at ease. The host was fantastic and goes above and beyond for her guests. The apartment was lovely, we expected this to be amazing however this exceeded our expectations completely, we will definitely be back. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Split.

The flat was perfect, conforming in every respect to the photos. Nothing was missing. A lot of care was taken to make our stay pleasant. From the first minutes we felt at home. Ana and her family are charming and gave us a warm welcome. High quality services for an exceptional moment!

the closest beach was overcrowded. but anyway must of the beaches on that season are so. fourth floor with no elevator, but that was specified in the description.

Great location with a fantastic apartment that gives value for your money! You can get across Split quickly, and it is close to the inner city, where you can take different ferries to different islands.

Ana's apartment exceeded all our expectations, incredible clean and spacious and exactly like the photos on the listing. Ana's father came to welcome us and give us the keys, and Ana herself was incredibly welcoming and helped us with any queries regarding the flat and Split. Highly recommend her place if you are heading to Split, whether it be a group of friends or family, it's the perfect place and in a beautiful location near beaches.

Very difficult to pinpoint things we didn't like. It was a little further than we expected to the city centre but this was not a problem at all. The other thing would be the lack of a lift as the apartment is on the very top floor - but again it was not much of a problem especially when we opened the door to see the apartment.

The apartment was very nice, just like in the pictures. High standard, clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and answared quickly to all of our questions. We choose to rent a car and we were happy to find out that the apartment had a garage we could use. We definitely recommend this apartment.
