Atenção do staff do Hotel

Everything is ok

I checked out earlier and hotel explained that they cannot refund me. Only Booking can do it. I wtote to booking but they ignoring me.

very friendly and helpful staff; convenient location; useful to have car park onsite

- Friendly staff - excellent location, across the street from a mall and close to everything - Clean room and modern decor - Comfortable bed

- Shower takes around 10 minutes to heat up - Closet is very close to the fridge and there’s no space to hang anything, otherwise you can’t open the fridge - Desk is difficult to use, the lamp on top of the desk is long, almost touched the laptop, and there’s no space to move the desk around - Bathroom doesn’t have a soap bar holder - They don’t provide face or hand towel - There’s no iron in the room. They had an ironing room with a prehistoric iron - Breakfast is Ok, but didn’t look fresh - No Cable TV or Netflix

toiletries need to be improved because there were just 2 tiny soaps only + slippers in the room.

COVID-19 measures were perfectly organized and all the staff is well trained for the job and act as example (wearing masks all the time, disinfecting pens, etc) Breakfast is well served, good options. Staff politeness and assistance to all matters is the highlight - they make you feel the most important guest in the hotel.

It is more a question rather really something I didn't like - The cleaning of the rooms is done every two or three days due to the pandemic situation, but I'm not sure if this is the right approach - guests are placing their trash in the corridors (food packages, bottles, etc..even toilet bins...), how healthy that can be?
