The unit needs an upgrade on the sleeper couches. Ours were very worn out.

You need to provide a damage deposit per EFT. If you are not SAn and have no account in a local bank, this can be tricky as the reimbursement is also done per EFT to a local account. The problem has been resolved by charging CC and paying it off in cash afterwards, this made a lot of unnecessary stress.
For air-con, you need to buy tokens. If you are in the holiday season, when the reception is closed for a couple of days you may end up dying in the heat...

The restaurant on the ground floor was also very convenient and has good food..
The lift stopped working which made things quite difficult having a pram and a toddler while going up and down the stairs..
