Our family of 7 stayed at this property for a week recently. The condo was very neat and clean upon arrival. We were surprised to find a basket with wine and chocolate! There was even a fruit/cheese/ meat platter in the fridge for us!! The condo is stocked with all the kitchen gadgets one may need!! There were extra pillows, blankets, etc.. The owners clearly care about their property and their guests. We had a great time and made great memories!

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed at in the past few years. Will definitely be back!

We just got home from an incredible stay at Toby’s property. He was very communicative and clear about the property and what to expect throughout our stay. We even left stuff behind accidentally and he was very accommodating to contact us and get the items returned. This was not our first VRBO rental but was by far our best customer experience and most comfortable accommodations. Gorgeous views, cozy home. Great movie selection and not to mention the personalized touches we received in upon our welcome on Mother’s Day weekend. Highly recommend this place and we will be back the next time we visit the area!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at this comfortable and spacious condo overlooking Canandaigua Lake. The unit was large and well equipped to meet all of our needs. It was a cozy retreat from the harsh winter weather and we hope to return during the summer. Thank you for sharing this gem!

Another amazing stay at this beautiful property. This was our third time booking and we all (group of 6 teachers) agreed we couldn’t imagine staying anyway else! The place is beyond stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Everything is clean and the property is extremely well maintained.

We had a wonderful long weekend! Toby was great to work with and made everything easy. The location is wonderful-quiet, beautiful and short/easy drive to wineries and downtown Canandaigua. We loved the morning views of the lake while enjoying coffee on the balcony. The house was clean, updated and includes anything you could need for your stay as the owners have thought of every detail.

The condo is lovely. Didn't seem like a rental property at all but rather a place where the owner had just stepped away for a bit so we could enjoy the place.

From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a positively memorable experience. I've stayed a many properties in the past and could appreciate the time and attention to details that our host put into our stay. With the exception of a small WiFi issue our stay was perfect !! Would DEFINITELY stay here again. As a matter of fact, I would ONLY stay here if in the area again.

Beautiful home with amazing view of the lake. Very quiet. Great beach. Four large bedrooms, great kitchen and common area. Two beautiful patios overlooking the lake. Extremely clean with plenty of bath and beach towels. Wonderful host stocks the house with coffee and provided a thoughtful welcome basket.

My husband and I stayed in this 4-bedroom condo with our four kids, ages 11-20. The view from the balconies was AMAZING, the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the DVD selection was stellar (my husband and kids watched one every night!). The location also great—20ish minutes to downtown Canandaigua, 25 minutes from Bristol Mountain (where we went zip lining), and about 5 minutes from the nearest winery. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the Finger Lakes area in the future!

The condo was great. We were 5 adults but could have easily fit 8 adults. It was very clean. There were plenty of supplies there which made it nice that we didn’t have to go out a buy any. The view was amazing. The patio was a relaxing way to unwind with a glass of wine at night or a cup of coffee in the morning to start the day. We drove all over the Finger Lakes. We were in the middle of all we wanted to do. It was a perfect place for venturing out to see the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

One of our clan is expecting and due in August, therefore our plans changed. We had to go earlier and wanted something more accommodating. We did miss our campfires. We did miss our solitude. We did miss our outdoor play area for corn hole and ladder ball. However we knew what we were getting. This place is beautiful. It is immaculately clean. Has everything you need and throw in its incredible view. We would wake to the peacefulness on the lake right out our windows. We were doubly blessed with great weather and off season for boaters so it was very serene. It was perfect for what we were looking for. I needed to contact Toby once and he was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to do what we did.

We were a group of siblings, brought together for a family funeral. The condo gave us a place to enjoy each other with the beautiful lake as a background. It was both cold and hot while we were there, and the lake looked different each day. Such a great sight. The condo is fully equipped, we did a good deal of cooking. The owner even had two bottle of wine, flowers and a sympathy card for us. Great place to stay. It's a 15 minute or 20 minute drive to Wegmans, and a bunch of great restaurants. We loved Nolans. A group of four 70 year old friends since high school enjoyed this quiet spot with the view overlooking the lake. The condominium is on two floors and the stairs were a bit challenging for two of the group. The hostess gifts were a pleasant surprise. The place was exactly as described. We were dissappointed that we could not find where to recycle.

We just completed our girls get away at this amazing property. 6 ladies with ample room and all the bells and whistles. The property is extremely well maintained and beautifully decorated. Our host Toby thought of absolutely everything to make us feel right a home. Breathtaking views of the lake and a very convenient location whether you want to do a wine tour or pop down to town to shop. We can’t wait to return. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this one is head and shoulders above all others. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay with all the amenities don’t miss out on this one.

I had the most amazing time at Toby and Jen's place. Breathtaking wide view of Canandaigua Lake!!! The condo is super cozy, spacious for a family of 4 adults (with room for more!!), and not to mention spotless. Every kitchen utensil and tool you can think of. Excellent location, peaceful and relaxing... highly recommend. Definitely going to have to make this an annual visit.

My husband and I had a couple terrific days staying here. Toby and Jen have made their condo extremely inviting and comfortable. It is furnished and decorated beautifully, including two newly renovated bathrooms, and there was attention to every detail. This was the best provisioned kitchen we have seen in a rental home, and we enjoyed the coffee bar and the comfy recliners in the main room. We would have made good use of the plentiful selection of Blu-ray movies and games if we had brought the kids with us. They even set out a pair of binoculars to take in the lake view (again, detail!). We loved sitting on the balcony, soaking in the peace and quiet of Canandaigua Lake. Thanks to Toby’s restaurant recommendations, we got some good food to-go and brought it back to the condo to enjoy while looking over the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in the Finger Lakes region, including excursions to Watkins Glen and Letchworth state parks. Toby was great to correspond with, and we want to go back next year. Many thanks also, Toby and Jen, for the welcome basket of goodies. It was a lovely stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family while in town for my grandfathers memorial. Everyone was comfortable. We had everything we needed! so grateful for the cheese and wine that welcomed us after a long drive. Morning coffee on the porch was delightful!!
