Super saubere Anlage. Zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.
Leckeres Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, auf Wünsche wird gerne eingegangen. Tägliche penible Reinigung.
Jacuzzis sehr gepflegt. Sehr gute Terassenmöbel und Liegen. Besser kann man es nicht machen.
Da gibt es überhaupt nichts zu meckern

Posizione tranquilla anche se la vista non era spettacolare.
Enorme terrazzo su cui viene servita la colazione (poi bisogna vedere se il sole e il caldo sono esagerati)
La colazione è buona ma la formula di averla servita in camera ad un'ora prestabilita è un po' limitante.

Das Apartmenthaus liegt in 2. Reihe zum Meer, hat direkt nebenan einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine Konditorei sowie einen Fleischmarkt (trotzdem überhaupt keine Lärmbelästigung - total ruhig). In den Ortskern geht man keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß, da gibt es tolle Restaurants und Bars sowie viele kleine niedliche Läden, welche Handwerkskunst verkaufen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, Getränke und feuchte Tücher wurden uns angeboten. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, gesaugt und gewischt, Hand- und Geschirrtücher wurden ständig gewechselt. Badetücher und Badetasche für den Strand wurden bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück wurde ins Apartment gebracht, war mega lecker und sehr sehr reichhaltig (Obst, Joghurt, Wurst- und Käseplatte, Smoothie oder O-Saft, Eier in jeder erdenklichen Form, Burger, Strudel, Pancakes, Cerealien, Milch, Kaffee, Honig hausgemachte Marmeladen etc.. Wir mussten dann schon immer etwas weniger bestellen, da wir es nicht aufessen konnten. Das Personal, egal ob Putzdamen, Frühstücksservice oder Rezeption, war durchwegs sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

There are no options on site for snacks/food/drinks round the pool , would have been a nice touch but we still had a great time

Everything was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and facilities, big and comfortable terrace, room and bathroom. Nice pool with comfy sun loungers. Comfortable bed, several pillows to choose from. Big spread for breakfast, served in the peace of your room or terrace. Peaceful and quiet place, excellent for relaxation, a few steps from beautiful beach and tavernas, also close to interesting hiking trails. Would love to come back and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

bed was bit too hard for me, this is of course personal. next room cleaning started 8 am while we still tried to sleep … it would be nice to wait a bit later as we are on holiday/relax

Very comfortable, spacious apartment - exceptionally clean. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast served in our room with a smile each morning. Quiet location with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants and harbour.

We had the best time in Belvedere Suites. Everyone from the staff we met was so sweet and welcoming. Our suite was beautiful. We had a great terrace, great bed, beautiful bathroom. Cleaning was excellent. And the breakfast; amazing. Every day you could choose froma a Cretan menu. Still we were surprised with lovely extra's. We truly hope we will be able to go back one day!

The breakfast arrangement in the room is nice but it is less flexible than a buffet style breakfast in a common dining room.

We LOVED our stay here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was perfect for us: the balcony overlooking the beach was amazing and the apartment was so clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I liked the location of the hotel near the beach & shops. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and tavernas. The hotel was very modern and clean. Our apartment was spacious and catered for all needs. We were given choices of pillows for our comfort.
The double bed was very large and the mattress was comfortable.
I liked the breakfast that was delivered to our room at a time we requested.
There were many choices for breakfast and all included in the price of our stay.
It was peaceful by the swimming pool.
The staff were very friendly & helpful.
I would certainly recommend a stay here and hope to return again soon.
I would have like to stayed longer to experience the Spa.

The pool was disgusting with mould growth visible,we were definitely not going in there!
So because the weather wasn't great then we couldn't go in the pool either,this was a no swimming holiday.
Too expensive really,I think the hotel should include a couple of spa treatments with the stay...especially when you have spent £1500 !!
Too far from the airport and doesn't seem like alot to do.
So with the cost of flights and other costs...we could have actually gone to Mexico for an all inclusive 2 week holiday for the exact same money.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff very welcoming and breakfast served to the room each morning. Our junior apartment was very spacious with self catering facilities. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Surrounded by stunning scenery with lots to explore. We hope to return again and thank you to Belvedere team :)

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast has good variety and was fresh.
The amenities are not satisfactory. Not even the standard salt, pepper and oil are there, which is necessary for a short rental. We stayed at a very well equipped apartment before and it does make a huge difference. Moreover, the shower did not work and the floor was sticky which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.

Belvedere apartments exceeded our expectations. The suite and terrace were larger than the pictures online indicated and were spotlessly clean.
Staff were always very friendly: from Zoë and Eleni at reception to housekeeping and the breakfast team. (Thanks Manolis)
The Spa is beautiful, the pool is lovely and it was good to see that work was being done to the pool side surroundings to create more comfort around the sun-beds.
Location wise it’s only a minute walk to either Plakias beach or town center, more or less panoramic (sea) view from our terrace and an ice cream shop at the doorstep you can’t go wrong traveling as a family!
Although there will always be something or some detail to comment on we couldn’t really fault anything at Belvedere as we had a great stay and our kids loved staying here

Wow, what a great experience at Belvedere.
Everything exceeded our expectations, with Eleni, Zoe and the team doing above and beyond to let us have the smoothest and greatest vacation possible!
We stayed with our 2.5 you child. Everything was well prepared for her, which was really helpful.
The swimming pool is amazing when you want to stay close, and the breakfast is tasty and varied.
We parked our car near the entrance which was great.
