Nice spacious apartment at a great location close to everything. The apartment looked very new. Nice kitchen and amenities in generel.

The beds were not comfortable at all. They should have spent a bit more money and bought a quality mattress... Also a king size bed would be nice. You often get queen size and it's just too narrow to be comfortable.

Great location and lovely clean apartment . Host was great in answering questions . Very central to trams and central to the train station …

Just the process of collecting keys and returning was long winded - esp when travelling with kids and with luggage. We arrived early due to france train strikes but no place to keep luggage so had to pay 5 euros per luggage in another hotel recommended . would be better to just return the keys in the mailbox of that particular apartment in the lobby and maybe pick up keys by someone waiting in the apartment . Also maybe a choice of a hamper with essentials like milk , bread etc which guests can pay and select would help . because had to go down and buy everything again .
