A bright, spacious holiday home with excellent facilities. The view from the master bedroom, twin bedroom and the upstairs terrace was beautiful. Communication from the management company was excellent.

A long walk to anywhere either on the main road or unlit roads with no footpaths. The Concierge app wasn't working so a backup option of emailing the information on the property and surrounding area would have been useful.

Spacious Villa with superb sized pool all within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc

The villa is very spacious, downstairs is a common area with a kitchen supplied with everything you need and a living room, able to accommodate many people. Upstairs are bedrooms, we were very pleased with them. Towels and bedding are provided. AC is in every room. There are three bathrooms, very much appreciated when travelling in bigger groups. Outside of the villa is beautiful. I cannot not mention our host, she was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. Overall, very much recommended!

The location, if you don't have a car, is a little bit far from Coral Bay's center. It's a 10 minute walk to the supermarket (but it's big and offers a free delivery!), about 15 minute walk to the restaurant area. If you don't mind walking it's okay :)

Size,outdoor space,location. Very Comfortable outdoor dining set which meant we could bbq more often.Super quiet location but could walk to coral bay strip (slow walk 25/ 30 mins). Mid stay clean and laundry change nice surprise . Air con and reverse cycle heat very good. Well laid out inside and out

Opening front door on arrival tricky- 4 adults struggled with the lock...finally phoned agent and after several more attempts we got in! Lockbox location wasn't obvious- if they had told us where it was in advance would have helped make the arrival experience better. TV issues - no instructions on how to operate anything in the villa, the needed new activation code, signal dropping in and out regularly - would have been a significant issue if we'd been even later in season, beds a bit hard but thankfully a thick mattress protector saved the day for the master bedroom. Pool filter bit noisy but we got the timer changed so it didn't come on at 7am and vibrate through the house.

Ideal location: 5-10 min walk to the beach, very quiet (we were in December - off season), prestigious area, very close to the shops, GAS station, main road; actualy you don't really need a car. Very clean. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Very spacious. Beautiful garden.

the bathrooms look old-fashioned, master bathroom needs some repair. Internet speed very low: during Covid-19 restrictions, when everything happens on-line - very annoying.
