The host was very nice and helpful even though she did not speak English well enough, but we were able to communicate.

The hotel is a little bit hard to find and there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you better be in shape 😉.

The property was clean and close to everything. The umbrellas, beach towels, beach bag and blankets were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy.

da Benedetta is tucked away down a quiet side street in Monterosso. Conveniently located, but protected from the noise of the city (namely the train). The hosts are a mother and daughter team, who are so friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we called to check in and were met within a few minutes. Our room was very clean and cute, quite small, but just enough space for two, with a little sitting room and full sized bathroom. 10/10 recommend!

The room and location were nice ,the beds were comfortable...the only problem for myself and my husband were the steep three flights of stairs to get up to the room. We were not told about this...and as we are in our 70's we had to "plan" our trips out and about around how to minimize the trips up and down these stairs.

Location was very good. Small walk from the train station to the old town. The room was comfortable

It was weird that i was taking a shower and the staff entered the room for dropping the linens. We could not report the issue but there was a breach of our privacy. Also, there was no lift so we had to drag our luggage to the fourth floor.

Modern, nicely laid out with small table and chairs to relax in the room. Beach towels and beach bag provided. Coffee and tea machine in room. Great location, easy to get to from station and close to beach and restaurants.

Clean and updated/contemporary room! Owner was very kind and I would highly recommend! The hotel is in the “old” part of town where all the good restaurants/bars/gelato is located.

It is on the second floor so you have steps. But i would stay there again.

The location was brilliant for both the town and beach. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The beach bag and towels were a good touch. Benedetta was also very knowledgeable and lovely.
