Неплохой дизайн комплекса, есть тапочки, халаты, зубные щетки и иные принадлежности. Хороший wi-fi.
На Booking у отеля расписано, что есть и бесплатный и трансфер от аэропорта и прокат велосипедов и дартс. По факту за первое надо платить, причем в два раза дороже такси бизнес класса, а последних двух просто нет. На ресепшене сказали: «наверное у букинга глюк». Ресепшионистка сфотографировала этл и сказала, что исправят. Но даже на момент нашего улета из страны ничего не поменялось.
Когда мы заселялись, закончились карточки-ключи номеров и мы ждали, когда их найдут. Не дают никаких бумажных чехлов для карточек-ключей, это просто белые карточки. С учетом того, что у нас было три номера, было крайне неудобно иметь три белые карточки и играть в «лотерею», подойдет ли ключ.
В ресторане не убирают блюда, которые съедены, цены далеко не бюджетные. По вечерам проходят празднования с детьми и те очень много кричат и бьют руками по фортепьяно, в таком шуме невозможно не то чтобы отдохнуть, но и в целом находиться крайне неприятно, а официанты ничего не предпринимают по этому поводу. Завтрак с 9 до 11, но если приходить в 10, то придется наблюдать пустые тарелки, даже чая и кружек не останется.
Из-за соседства номерного фонда с конюшней и мини-зоопарком прилетают десятки мух через окно без сетки. Плюсом будильник на 6:30 от оленя, который пытается сбросить рога и бьет их об клетку из профлиста рано утром. Животные, к слову, не в лучшем состоянии. У овечек свалявшаяся шерсть и у одной из них большие проблемы с глазами, они лазают по стройке на первом этаже отеля. У быков или яков (не знаю их точного названия) весь вольер в экскриментах и сами они очень неухоженные, также со свалявшейся шерстью с кусочками результатов своей жизнедеятельности.
На лошадях не удалось покататься. У нас было 1,5 свободных часа до отправки в аэропорт и мы накануне вечером спросили, надо ли бронировать время. На что нам сказали, что не нужно, мол подоцлите утром и все будет ок.

The resort by itself is well maintained and is a great place to visit especially with kids . Restaurant attached to the hotel is great.
The queen room we stayed at was pretty cramped but matches the photo and description so were not specifically bothered by the size. But the bathroom was smelly and the dustbin is strangely elevated so you sit right next to it on the wc which was pretty uncomfortable. The worst was the breakfast service. We went one hour before it ended on a weekend and there was hardly anything left and nobody to even help refil basic things like sugar , milk , butter and bread amd even teacups which were non existent. This was the biggest letdown . The room was on the second floor with no elevators and no one to help with bags .

The landscapes
Check in: came to the hotel at 11 pm. After couple of minutes they gave me the keys...off a dirty room..went to the reception and commented in a very friendly way and directly the room has been changed, in the new room the floor was dirty and there was a water leakage in the sealing, to tired to complain again just stayed I that room avoiding to have contact with the wet part of the carpet because of the water dropping from the sealing.
Breakfast: went for breakfast, almost everything was empty, dirty glasses, no service...just very bad.
Restaurant: I think the restaurant was the WORST part of everything, first we booked a table for 4 since I had some guests for drinks and dinner, they ask me to make a pre-order which I did, when I came in the afternoon there was a kind of party next to the booked tabled at the terrace, just impossible to sit in, ok we understood and our table has been move inside the restaurant. First we order a bottle of wine since the have pretty decent offer in terms of Spanish wines dn two gin and tonics, after they brought the wine we just stay waiting for someone to open the bottle, nobody came so we proceed to ask for a wine opener to do ir ourselves....after 10 min the waiter came to the table telling us that...they don't have wine opener....! Ok- I open the bottle with a knife..no joke. Meanwhile, the gin and tonics still not coming, after 30 min two gin and tonics arrived with melted ice and full with sugar, to avoid this kind of situations we decided to order whisky and in that way try to avoid the unexperience service staff. First we order black label, not available - Ok - we request 300 ml of Chivas regal with some ice and glasses to share, all ok. After some time we ordered a second round, all ok...

Good destination if you're looking to have a break from Bishkek for a couple of days. Location is right outside the city, but easily accessible (hotel offers 1-way free transfer), and you can really disconnect and enjoy being closer to nature, horses and mountains for a while. Restaurant is good, it takes a while to get served but the food is tasty. For international visitors, only few staff in the hotel speaks decent English, but you can still manage your way around there.

We loved the wood log cabin / chalet interior style of the hotel. It really was super cozy. Especially in winter where snow lay all around us.
We loved having the TV in the room to watch movies in the evening, we also made regular use of the hotel restaurant & enjoyed the complimentary 30 minute horse riding service.
The staff were amazing - they helped us with our many requests & always with a smile. Whether it was something for the room or booking a taxi for us...they were always on hand to support.
We liked everything.
Just make sure to take a card from the hotel when you arrive and put in your wallet with the hotel address. The taxi drivers generally don't know where the hotel is. Can make getting back from the city challenging.
It would be a nice bonus if they had spa facilities but that's just a bonus.
