We loved the "Bright and Beachy" studio. Ideally located, just a short stroll to the beach, and close to groceries, restaurants, etc., it is also peaceful, quiet, and safe. The unit is adorably decorated and squeaky clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Her efficient and informative emails answered every possible question before we could ask. We enthusiastically recommend the "Bright and Beachy" studio and have no suggestions for improvement. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable week!

Check in was super easy. Once we arrived we parked our car and didn’t move it again until it was time to come home. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Clean, quiet place.

The condo was awesome. Great supplies to go to the beach. The beach cart and chairs and umbrella were an incredible help to get all 4 of us to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys and games immensely. The big king size bed was very comfy and clean. Might consider rearranging the furniture to be able to sit comfortably to watch TV on the rainy days. The room has a very efficient A/C unit. The property outside is crowded when filled with cars to be able to get in and out. The pool seemed small for that amount of people to occupy the property. The pool could need to be cleaned more often. But our family had fun. I would recommend this property to any family.

Great property, one block from the beach with everything you would want, and no extras. The unit was very clean, seems like a newer remodel, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Would stay here again. With the Corona virus, most restaurants were open in the area but had limited seating, still a great time, great beach.

Everything about this rental is the best; location, clean, as advertised. The only downside is that you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. If you spend most of your time on the beach or visiting the many local attractions this isn't that much of a problem.

The island was the ideal vacation destination, would recommend everyone to visit.

I enjoyed my stay in this condo! It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and a quick five-minute walk to the beach and "strip" of IOP where there are several shops and restaurants. I stayed by myself, so there was plenty of room. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than two people to stay here, though I did see an air mattress in the closet. A few notes to consider.....several different dogs barked throughout the stay and it was not necessarily a "quiet" retreat because of this. The only kitchen sundries that were available was some ground coffee, coffee filters, salt, and pepper. There is a microwave and hotplate but no stove or oven. An extra trash bag or two would have been nice. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great set up- perfect for my week visit with 2 friends. All items for beach were available for our use . Kitchen is small, but adequate for quick meals, which was what we needed. No stove, but microwave was sufficient.

My mom and I decided to take our first vacation together and this was absolutely the perfect place to stay! Check-in/check-out was super easy and Beth gave excellent instructions and replied quickly to messages. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The towels, dishes, and bedsheets were clean and ready for our arrival. The pillows and bed were also very comfortable and we looked forward to resting each night after our day of adventures (the big flatscreen TV is also hung perfectly on the wall so you can watch it from bed!) The location was amazing - it was a block from the beach and a quick 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston - this was perfect for us so we could site-see in Charleston but also log quality beach time when we wanted to relax. Being from Chicago, I also appreciated that parking at the condo was free with our stay. It was also walking distance to some fun restaurants and shops near the beach. The condo had everything we needed from cookware to beach chairs! We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and condo and plan on coming back next year!! It truly was a "Breath of Fresh Air" :-) Overall, it was a great stay and my mom and I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to escape and relax!

Lots of things to do locally. Pool was very refreshing and clean. Room was adorable and very beachy. We loved our stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our week at this very convenient studio apartment. At this reasonably-priced apartment, you are within walking distance to a beach, good restaurants, super market, and frozen yogurt shop (Island Ice in shopping center with Harris Teeter). The apartment has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and surface unit, for food prep. A large screen TV has a good lineup of television choices. The property manager, Beth, is very personable and helpful. The bed is a comfortable king. About the only negative was some noise through the walls on weekends. I recommend the place!

We loved staying at this cute property. It was easy to walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. The bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed. Beth was great to work with. We are looking forward to our next trip to IOP and sure hope this property will be available.

This condo provided the perfect retreat from everyday life and was a great place to return to after a day on the beach. The furnishings are welcoming and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to settle in on a rainy day and it was in walking distance to just about anything we wanted to do on a sunny one! The complex itself has a great "local" feel and everything about the space seems to be designed with relaxation in mind. We can't wait to get back!

This sweet little condo was perfectly appointed with everything you need. The decor is cheery, the King sized bed is comfortable, and the layout is well thought out, making this cozy little condo more spacious. The property manager, Beth, was a dream to work with and the owners included thoughtful items to make the stay convenient. To top it off, it is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Thanks to the owners for sharing this little gem! What a great stay.

This condo was adorable and perfect for our mini winter get away. Just the right size for us plus it had the added bonus of the porch for outdoor reading and resting. We especially loved the location. Although we have a vehicle, we prefer walking. The nearby restaurants were excellent, the ocean and ocean front park were an easy stroll, and the downtown of Isle of Palms was delightful. A bonus surprise was a bed that was COMFORTABLE. Cozy might make the place seem too small...it wasn't. It just had a cozy, well decorated and lovely beach feel to it. We would definitely go again.
