The property was exactly what we expected. It is a short walk to the beach. The owner has optimized the indoor and outdoor spaces to take advantage of the location. Our group of four adults and one child had enough space to be comfortable. Not too small, not too large, just right.

Will definitely stay here again if back in Cocoa Beach

Our stay at this beach bungalow was wonderful! The interior is beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Communication was great - Jim was very responsive during our stay, answering all our questions and making great suggestions for local activities. The bungalow is a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and were thrilled to see two rocket launches during our stay! The beach is one short block away, and it's an easy walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. We enjoyed beach time including surfing, and spent time shopping at several local surf shops including the famous Ron Jon's. Highly recommended are the nearby Papa Vito's Pizza (walking distance) and Maui Girl Cafe (a few blocks further). For groceries, Publix is a general grocery store within walking distance, and nearby Sunseed Food Co-op had a great selection of natural groceries. The neighborhood is a safe residential area. We'll definitely look to stay here again during any future trips to the area!

We had a great stay. We came into town to do the 5k at Kennedy space center and to watch the rocket launch. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, pier and restaurants. There is a Publix practically across the street. We are a family with adult children and teens, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

This is a very clean bungalow with an open concept with nice size rooms in a perfect location close to the beach, close to the newly renovated famous pier and close to many good restaurants, all within walking distance. The location is in a safe neighborhood as we could not feel more safe when walking through the neighborhood. The duplex has everything you need for a comfortable stay including cook ware, comfortable beds and even beach chairs for the beach. Love the screened in porch for sitting in the evening and having a cocktail while cooking on the nice grill on the property! Jim is definitely a premier host who we got back with us quickly with answers to some questions about the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cocoa Beach as you will not be disappointed!! We will be going back to this property again for sure, Love it!! Very comfortable, lots of kitchen accessories, great location. We walked just 2 blocks to the beach to see a rocket launch and experience to sonic boom... amazing. Nice neighborhood and easily walked to the Publix grocery store and the popular Cocoa Beach Pier. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

We had a lovely short stay at this adorable bungalow. Very quiet and convenient to the beach and 1 1/2 block walk to Dunkin, we enjoyed our stay and Jim is an excellent host.

This private property was so close to the beach & a quick drive to any necessary amenities. It was fully equipped with all household goods, which made our stay that much more comfortable. This property was exactly what my little family & I were looking for, & we can’t wait to return.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend trip at this property. It was newly renovated and accommodated my family with ease. The close proximity to an uncrowded beach was mint, yet it has a high walkability factor to endless eateries and stores in that area. Will definitely rent this unit again soon!

I can’t begin to express my appreciation for Jim and his property. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, pier and a short walk to many great restaurants. The house was very clean & had everything that we needed for our stay. The porch was a great bonus to use during our down time. I cannot say enough about how responsive Jim was as we planned this trip (initially booked before the Covid shutdown in 2020). He even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay with the property. I look forward to coming back!

Cozy and well organized, perfect location. Perfect for a 4 members family.

Cozy, comfortable, carefree. This location is great for those wishing for the best of both worlds. It’s far enough away from the Pier to be away from the crowds, and a perfect barefoot beach walk away from the action when that’s where we wanted to be. Quick, easy foot access to the Ocean for beautiful sunrises and miles of sand for running on the beach.

Excellent communication with host - Jim was very responsive. We enjoyed the house, it was bright, cheery and clean. So close to the beach and many restaurants. Great place to stay!

Good house close to beach and local restaurants

Amazing place. Plain on the outside but incredible on the inside. Everything was clean, appeared new and met our every need. A block from the beach. Right on a main st. through Cocoa Beach with access to stores and restaurants and was a great biking and walking route. Only used our car once during stay since everything was accessible by walking. Owner available if questions arose.

This was a great stay. I'm very familiar with the area as I go down often. The location is ideal-- super close to the beach, the port and downtown Cocoa Beach. The owner was easy to get in touch with and the place was great.

This was our first time booking a house through Vrbo and we had a great time during our stay in Cocoa Beach. The house, was very close to the beach. Jim, the owner, was very accommodating about our times. He was very nice sending us extra information regarding the nearby attraction for the kids.
