Entire flat was lovely, very well equipped with everything needed for a shorter or longer stay, thew view from the terrace is absolutely amazing!

Pascal explained how to gain access via Whatsapp in advance,...so very easy!Pascal and his daughter then popped in to see us later that afternoon to welcome us .....we really appreacited this. The apartment is very spacious....with very modern equipment. We loved sitting outside on the rear porch having dinner and looking at the mountains in the distance. Great experience!

The view from our place was beautiful. Also lovely and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the patio for some sun. We had everything we needed to make for a pleasant stay. A great location to explore the area. I would recommend this place.

Not a very big space in the kitchen dinning and lounge area to sit and relax as the evenings were still too cool to sit out. Although this is reflected on what we paid to stay here. We cooked at the apartment most days although the one evening we thought we'd explore Rochefort village and have something to eat was not to be. It was lacking in restaurants or finding anything to eat in the evening. I don't know if it was the after effects of Covid or the quiet season (May) although the places that did do food were closed. We found one place open which was a pizza and burger takeaway and it was delicious. They saved the day! 😀 Definitely recommend them.

Very poor wifi which is not suitable for work. We were greeted by a dirty bathroom (toilet, shower). Bad smell from pipes and constant problems with hot water. Dirty socks from previous guests in the bedroom. The property does not follow any Covid policies. Zero disinfection and information about it. My children allowed themselves to use the yard but were banished by the owner. At the end, we received an instruction that we should clean the premises and put the rubbish out. Very inhospitable people.

At night, the equipments can make faint noises that could wake light sleepers

We enjoyed our stay at the Apartment with a nice view over the valley. The facilities seemed quite new and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils and all worked properly. Great location with just a 12 minute drive to the gates of Avignon and there was also free parking. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

The one area where could have been improvement is for there to be an English translation for how everything works. We had to bother the host a number of times about the working of the washing machine, the door locks for the front and patio doors, then there was a noise on the patio which was quite bothersome and turned out to be the pump for a small blow up swimming pool which was then shut off. The one side of the patio door we were not able to close even though the host was able to lock it when we first asked. However, we did not let these things spoil a nice time at Avignon Apart Hotel.

On a very hot summer day the host had set the blanks and windows to have a fresh house upon arrival. Additionally the hosts left a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. The rooms are simple yet nicely decorated with matching bed linens and towel sets. The mattresses are firm and comfortable. The kitchen and living area is well equipped and functional.

The front door was impossible to lock. While this is very a very quiet area, it may be a concern for many. The nice terrace next to the living area lacks any fence/rail that may prevent small kids from falling.
