Quaint little house and quite area. Vary rural great view. Walking distance to a nice restaurant. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone.

It was quiet with a elevated view of Manchester.

The bath mat was dirty, there were dirty marks on the doors & walls, 4 of us stayed but only 3 towels were left for us. We have been traveling for nearly 2 weeks so had to ask for some washing power for the washing machine. There was no tea towel left in the kitchen to dry up. The back yard was overgrown with weeds. Compared to other locations we’ve stayed we felt it lacked some consideration for the paying guests.

The property was easy to get to . A great clean home . Stress free and an easy key access. Excellent communication from the start . This house is set up great with all we needed for a few days away. All crockery and washing faculties provided if needed . A home from home feel that we will no doubt use again to visit family in Oldham. It was such a pleasure to stay here . Thank you Curtis

Very spacious, warm, good views

We requested an early check in but didn’t get a response, I feel that a 5pm check in and 10am check out is unreasonable and would have cancelled if I had realised this. it made our stay difficult and rushed, would therefore not book again.

Roomy accommodation for the price. It wasn't far from where we needed to be the following day. It was close to The Old Original pub where we had an excellent, good value evening meal.

Only 2 mugs for potentially 4 people staying! The back garden was rather scruffy. Had it been Spring or Summer it wouldn't have been an attractive proposition to sit out at the back.

The location was amazing and the views spectacular. The place was wonderful. The size, decor and comfort.

The location was good and views were stunning. The house was clean.

Maybe a lick of paint in places, and a welcome pack explaining the cooker and hob, although the hosts did send a message to say if we needed help they would come to the property to show us how to use it. I personally didn't want to disturb them so it was trial and error for figuring out the oven.

The location was perfect for us to visit family and also to walk on the moors. The house was very comfortable and homely. The hosts check in information was very detailed and made us feel welcome. We would definitely return, when visiting family.
