Love it at the Nest. Cute and comfortable and so much more private than a hotel.

We loved the charm of the studio. Also a great location near the water and Parris Island. We would definitely stay there again if we have to come back to the area.

The bathroom was moldy and floors dirty. Very cheap sheets and kitchen items. I was not told of the construction going on next door, downstairs from the next noisy felt they were in the same room

Beautiful property in the heart of a quiet beach town non-resort. Walking/bike riding distance to everything on the island. Do not have to leave the island if you don’t want.

Overall the property was nice, it was clean and close to Marine base where we went for a graduation. Only complaint is the people who rented below us were very loud, running back and forth , hammering at one point sounded like they were drilling. After second night of listening to it my husband went down to see what was going on and there were about 20 people in there with a bunch of kids running in the house. Other than that it was very pleasant

My partner and I stayed from December 13-15. We were freezing the entire time. The WiFi barely worked. The towels smelled horrible and were stained. The second night I took a shower and the water was freezing cold. I contacted the property manager. When explaining to her that I have an autoimmune issue and was freezing and both the heat and backup electric heater weren’t working, she cut me off very rudely and doubted that I had the heat on correctly. She came over and saw that it was actually set correctly but it wasn’t working. So, she plugged in the backup electric heater. She kept insisting it would work. But, it never did and my partner and I froze the entire night. She did give us extra blankets but it was just way too many. Overall, I am not happy with my stay and won’t be returning.

We had a chance to see our son that has been on Parris Island since May, he is injured and has not been able to complete boot camp. The apartment was just perfect for my husband and myself.

Adorable little property that was just perfect for an anniversary getaway. It was clean, simple, cute, and quiet. Great things to do closeby and amazing food in Port Royal too.

We visited for our grandson’s USMC boot camp graduation at Parris Island. The location was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants. Minutes to the events on Pattis Island. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding that was held two blocks from this property. The location was great and the studio apartment was just what we needed for our two nights.

This was the perfect place for our weekend. The little added touches makes this apartment so homey. Highly recommend this place.

Quick ride to Paris island. Only took about 45 to Hilton head when we decided to go to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Place was perfect. Nice quite neighborhood.

Very nice studio-ish upper. Stairs especially with luggage, as mentioned in listing could be an issue for mobility challenged. Very comfortable temperature controls in the rental.

Clean, well-decorated VRBO. Stocked well with necessities. Check-in was easy.

Absolutely loved this home. “The Nest” is pretty, cheerful .. and so cozy. It was nice to come “home” after a day exploring Port Royal/Beaufort. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Phoebe has many little extra touch's all around The Nest that make it that much nicer. This home is close to the water and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. I loved sitting out on the deck early in the morning, listening to the birds and just taking it all in. We plan on returning, we’d like to live in the area. We will definitely stay at The Nest again! Boyfriend and I planned a random trip to the beach and so glad we found this cozy little spot called THE NEST!! Definitely wouldn’t mind booking here again ❤️

A great space for couple or in our case, mom & child. Listing was accurate, pictures recent. Host was easy to communicate with. Property close to lots of attractions; Sands Beach, Beaufort, Penn Center, Hunting Island. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Bed was great with plenty of room for the two of us. Drawbacks lacking of hand towels in the bathroom, TV stations would cut out due to weak signal. Couldn’t get Netflix to work. We brought our own fire stick so that was the only way to watch TV. Pheobe was receptive to our needs and will look into the problems we had.
