The apartment was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of local area information available. Instructions for the apartment we're reasonable, clearly stated and readily available. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't much to speak of. The freezer didn't really work very well. There is no A/C and it was exceptionally warm during our stay. It got up to 92 degrees. There were fans but at 92 it was difficult to cool down enough to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Loved that they compost! Would be great to have recycling available as well.

I stayed here so I could visit my new grandson. This property was a wonderful respite for me! Babies are exhausting. I have forgotten. The comfortable and welcoming hostess with really fluffy towels, full kitchen and some extras, with goings on in the area (which I didn't have time to use) were all there! I would book this property again, in a heartbeat!!!!!

This is our second time staying. We really appreciated the updated sofa bed. Everything is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The location is wonderful if you want to walk downtown to hang out or eat. We had a lovely stay. The farmer's market on Saturday is one block away. I highly recommend it!

Want to check out Carbondale? This is the perfect place. Easy access to restaurants, Sopris park and all the trails for hiking and men biking you could dream of.

We were in easy walking distance of the park, the library and downtown Carbondale. This was especially helpful as we took care of our granddaughter for a couple days. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

My boys and I have stayed here for four straight years to ski Aspen/Snowmass. We just love the clean, cozy, tasteful condo. Already looking forward to next year.

Helena, thanks again for being a lovely host. A well equipped kitchen and the little touches including the fairy lights for a Christmas feel were appreciated. Our teen girls had a restful sleep sharing on the fold out sofa and were complimentary of the memory foam mattress. We look forward to an occassion to return.

We were in Carbondale for a 50 year Aspen High reunion. This apartment was perfect for the two of us. Has everything you need and walking to downtown was about two blocks. Great find!

Really nice dog friendly apartment. Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Perfect location close to everything in Carbondale. Helena (host) communicates well and is super friendly. We visit Carbondale as often as we can and this place was perfect for our weekend there with our dog.

We just completed a four night stay while visiting our daughter in Carbondale. The property is spacious with a perfect location a few minutes walk from all Carbondale has to offer. It has plenty of natural light, is tastefully decorated, and immaculate. Helena is responsive and a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

What a treat to stay in this very comfortable, cozy condo overlooking the owners lovely garden. The sunflowers were so sweet!
The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed a quiet and efficient work space during the day with fast internet service..
The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Linens and towels were very pretty, fresh and clean. There is a stream that runs parallel to the sidewalk. The sound of flowing water was a nice bonus, especially at night.
The location is ideal. Easy walk through a quaint neighborhood to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, library and so much more.
Helena was an ideal host. Easy to communicate with. Very conscientious and accommodating.
Overall, our experience was ideal and we hope to visit again soon!

The online VRBO photos are spot on. Very clean. Lots of detail, attention, and care has gone into this VRBO to accommodate guests and make their stay a comfy one.
Bed is really comfy and best mattress in a while from all our stays at places. (We are Tempurepedic people so our standards run high.)
Biggest heads up: Anyone that can't do lots of stairs will not be able to stay here. See photos that clearly demonstrate the stairs.

The owner, Helena, is very attentive and accessible. She saved our bacon twice: 1) printed up our Maroon Bells permit 2) we left our pillows behind and she responded right away and we were able to drive back and get them from the VRBO.
The online VRBO photos are spot on. Very clean. Lots of detail, attention, and care has gone into this VRBO to accommodate guests and make their stay a comfy one.
Bed is really comfy and best mattress in a while from all our stays at places. (We are Tempurepedic people so our standards run high.)

Very nice and cozy. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice plants. Extremely clean with nice linens. Great location. I loved everything about it, but the sofa bed is not comfortable.

Helena is an amazing host, very friendly and even gave me a splint for my partner’s injury. The apartment is warm and inviting with a stunning view of Mt. Sopris!!
