What an absolutely superb property, easy to find, spotlessly clean, great views, a kitchen with everything you need alongside a fabulous BBQ. Great communication with the property owners from the outset. The whole peninsula is within easy reach, a great walk along the footpath in front of the property with the ocean views. My first Christmas away from home and to walk in to find a little Christmas tree and some Christmas treats was really appreciated. We made friends with next door’s cat and just about managed to keep him out of the house! Watching the birds and listening to the Kookaburras and parakeets made it quite magical for my first trip to Australia. A Dolphin spotting boat trip was a success, visited loads of beaches and a special Christmas Eve dinner at Rick Stein’s restaurant made our stay even more memorable. This is definitely a property to book if you want great views, relaxation and absolutely perfect for families and couples. Thank you Linda, we had the best time and great Aussie Christmas

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is well equipped, has very comfortable furniture and beds and is spotlessly clean. Great location, too.

A big thanks to Linda and Richard to accomodating us at the last minute. We booked the day before arrival and they had everything ready for us. The property was perfect! Very clean and just the right amount of space. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked, with great appliances and the wifi worked well. The house was in a beautiful spot in front of the beach, the grass area allowed for tennis and other sports. The bike and walking path was also very convenient. The Anchorage is just a few houses down so we were able to pop in for a cocktail and bite to eat without having to get in the car. Salamandar Bay and Nelsons Bay shops were just a few minutes drive when needed. Will definitely be back!

This was exactly what we signed up for. Perfect location and a beautiful setting.

We had a 5 day stay and it rained the first 3 days, but the house and location was just so lovely that it didn't matter. We still had a relaxing holiday and will definitely book again.

Overall house was alright & quiet location although very unhappy with the beds and air conditioning set up. Main bed stated to be a king, in our opinion was queen at best. Mattress was awful, leaving with a stiff neck and sore back unfortunately. When contacted the owner was basically shrugged off, told to sleep in another bed. Wouldn’t have expected this from a property of this stature when we paid extremely good money for our stay, so this makes it quite disappointing. Air conditioning set to timers which meant we were up every few hours in the night to stay comfortable. No real undercover area outside either.

Esp when we requested a late checkout🙂 Spacious, very clean & well kept property - a pleasure to stay in😁 Beautiful location, luscious gardens all around, quiet respectful neighbours & only steps to the beach & calm waters of Corlette beach. If there had been a day lounge or 2 outside it would have been hard to drag ourselves away to do other things. Thank you Linda & Richard for a lovely stay. Annette & John

From the moment we first contacted Linda and Richard nothing was ever a problem. They made us feel very welcome even before leaving home. The property was everything and more than described. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful gardens and beach behind the house. Having coffee on the beach was pure luxury. The beach was also fantastic to launch our kayak and paddling with the dolphins was definitely a highlight. The walking paths all around the area are fantastic to just leave the car and explore. We can thoroughly recommend not only the location and accommodation but the hosts who make the entire holiday process easy and friendly. We had a nice romantic weekend, but we could see how it would also be amazing for families as the house is so well appointed. Thankyou Linda and Richard for a wonderful holiday. The house was just gorgeous and in the most beautiful setting. We could walk out of the living room into what felt like a tropical paradise! Despite the torrential rain we had a very special time. The house was immaculately clean, super comfortable and had everything we needed for a truly relaxing weekend. HIGHLY recommended!

Everything was wonderful. The accommodation was clean, well equipped with all we needed and the room configuration suited our family. The location was perfect for our needs (a group that ranged in age from 1 year to 80!) and as we were blessed with good weather we could take full advantage of the beautiful setting. We had been communicating with the owners over a long period of time as due to lockdown we had to rebook. In all our correspondence, response from Linda was always very prompt, understanding and friendly. We very much hope we can return!

Perfect spot for relaxing getaway. Clean, well equipped and spacious home. Perfect location, right in front of quiet beach, park walk and play equipment. Minutes away from Nelsons Bay centre. We would definitely like to stay here again.
