Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house has everything you could possibly imagine needing while on vacation. The location is amazing - the views are incredible.

Property is beautiful, right on the water, short drive to restaurants and small shops. Convenient to Daytona which was the reason for my trip. Very private beach not a lot of people like most. 10 out of a 10. Thank you to the Owner

We stayed from Monday through Saturday and were all so sad to pack up this morning! Our daughters and dog could not have been happier and everyone misses walking down the stairs to put our feet in the sand. This house has everything we needed for the week, and we always appreciate being able to bring our dog with us so the whole family can reconnect with her during the school year when they kids are away at college!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Owner was helpful in answering any questions and check in was very smooth. The house is RIGHT on the beach as advertised; water was probably 100' away. Beach was very private as we only saw a few people during our trip. Location was close to many great restaurants and a 40 minute drive to St. Augustine. We have 2 poodles and the house was set up just perfect for dogs as it had a dog run and gates on the deck so you could just let dogs out and not worry. The whole family loved the trip and we are already talking about going again in the future.

This is the only Florida beach house we've seen with a fenced-in yard, which is very helpful for dogs. The house looks right out over the ocean.

Some homes are listed that they are ‘Beachfront’ when they aren’t. This is directly on the beach. Loved it, great layout. Just wished our weather was better. Lots of wind, rain & overcast. Check the weather for the time of year. Other then that, it was awesome. 5 star Thank you Bill 👍

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything you need for the beach. Floor plan was ideal. Owner is available to help and communicates to all guests. Didn’t need a thing, no worries trip! Highly recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My family of five and two dogs enjoyed the beach and the wonderful views! Very relaxing and Bill was so easy to work with. Hope to visit again!

This house honestly smelled just like home. Very clean kept property. Had every amenity needed.this house also included information on resturants that had Great food.It was so close to other areas of Florida, Would highly recommend staying here to others and looking forward to doing this again in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by the privacy this house has to offer. We had the beach to ourselves! The house is a short drive to the restaurants on Flagler Beach. We were able to bring our two small dogs. It is the perfect vacation home!

Perfect home to access and enjoy the beach. The fire place was a big hit and Flagler is a nice town unaffected by high rise bustle so common in the ocean.

Amazing location. Absolutely loved the quiet area of Flagler beach. The house was impeccable in style and finishes. Everything a person or family could need. Well appointed and fully stocked kitchen. The expansive deck with multiple seating areas was my favorite spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Beach chairs, seating cushions, a grill, fishing gear! All amazing amenities. But the best of all way being able to bring my fur baby. Her and I enjoyed walking and swimming on this great private beach! Great communication with both the management and owners.

Stayed here years ago and really enjoyed it. Next time Florida was closed for hurricane, then Covid. We really enjoyed this stay. If your thing is meeting and talking to strangers this might not be your place. This is about as private as you can get. We saw two neighbors for a couple hours one day and that was it. We love the privacy. Was surprised to find dispensed bottled water. Florida water is not great. New couch in living room is great. Big tv's in bedrooms and a huge 70" one in living room. We take fishing gear and beach furniture, but if you don't have it no problem, it's there. Gas grill with flat top, so no charcoal. Don't know about smaller bedrooms but king bed mattress sleeps great. Lastly, anybody with a dog dread taking them for early morning and late-night walk down the road. Not here, just open the door and let them out on the gated deck to run around. They then go to the mulch side area to do their business then back in when they are ready. Even has a pooper scooper. We stay at a lot of beach houses, and none have this feature. Kind of hate giving 5 stars review because it may make it harder to find open time when we want to return to Florida.

We had a fabulous stay at this house - everything was neat and clean, and all the basics that you might need were provided. We loved the new Adirondack chairs, and spent many hours lounging in front of the beach. Directions were provided for operating the TV, joining the internet, and using all the beach items. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for beach privacy. We had the whole beach to ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again some day soon!

We planned a weekend getaway to the beach and this beach house was awesome!!❤️👏. The house is beautiful and spacious! It’s located right on the beach! We watched the sun come up every morning and watched the sunset every night. There’s a wonderful patio with a fireplace. It was like having our very own private beach-very peaceful! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The kitchen was up to date from appliances to the granite countertops. Great location-it’s located just mins away from restaurants, beach bars or a Publix. We will definitely go back to stay-we had an awesome time! Thank u Bill-we will b back❤️👍

We spent a mini spring back here with our two adult sons and two doggo‘s. The place was the perfect size. We found it to be very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds. Loved the private beach. Dogs enjoyed the front porch while drying off from beach swims. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water was icing on the cake!

We had a wonderful time, me, my husband, and four teenagers (3 are our sons & one is a close friend). The house was clean, the bedrooms were a good size, and the living area was nice and spacious. I loved the two chairs out in the back, they were perfect for my husband and me to sit and watch the ocean while we had our morning coffee. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The owner communicated very well.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront home. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary wine. Nice touch. The home is dog friendly as well as the beach. Perfect. The beach feels private. We enjoyed the waves by boogie boarding with our 2 doggies, Bella and Luna, our Frenchie and Pug. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The house is right on top of the beach, all was clean, the rooms and bathrooms were nice. I loved the two chairs out in the back they were a perfect place for my husband and me to watch the ocean while having our morning coffee.

We totally enjoyed a relaxing weekend ! Enjoyed just reading out on the deck and using the new chairs on the platforms out closer to the beach. We were also able to watch the boats out on the water with the nice binoculars that were available.

Great oceanfront house; beautiful sunrises and convenient access to the beach. House had everything you needed for a comfortable beach vacation, and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Every thing about this property was amazing. I loved the location, the solitude and privacy of the beach. Beautifully done interior, great deck and multiple outdoor seating areas. Mostly loved drinking coffee or evening cocktails sitting in the Adirondack chairs. Everything a person or family could want for a beach house getaway. Well equipped kitchen, tons of linens and towels. Fishing rods, seat cushions, a fire pit. Instructions were easy to follow for access. Close enough to restaurants. Definitely will stay again (and especially thankful they allowed my dog). My black lab loved walking on the beach and swimming.

The home was beautiful and clean! All appliances were up to date and worked great! The beds were very comfortable and the home was very well decorated. Everything you could possibly need is already in the home. Just bring your suit cases, food and drinks and you are all set for an awesome time on your own beach! We loved the fact we could open the back doors and be right on the beach! We did a bomb fire every night we were there. It was so relaxing and peaceful-we couldn't ask for more-we hated to leave! There were local restaurants and bars to visit and there is a Publix about 2-3 miles away! We can't say enough how much we enjoyed our own lil beach house! We will DEFINITELY be booking again!! A big "thank you" to Bill for making our arrival and stay very easy and pleasant! We would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get away and relax!

Mornings were spent watching dolphins swimming while the sun was rising over the ocean. Home had everything you need for a beach vacation. Great location to get away from the crowds but only a few minutes to restaurants and shops. Home was clean and maintained. Owner is very attentive to details, making stay enjoyable and easy.

Having rented 15 homes over the years, this is by far the worst maintained. I rent homes for a vacation, not to waste my time notifying the owner of (admitted) known defects. Maybe the owner needs to schedule time for maintenance and repair when guest are not on the property. Also have never been asked to accept and sign for a delivery (replacement doors).

Beautiful home right on the beach with everything we needed. Chairs, towels, BBQ. Very private. Will definitely stay there again.
