Номер просторный, кондиционер бесшумный, душевая приятная, кровать удобная, завтрак вкусный (для тех, кто любит каши). В пешей доступности (850 м) на ул. Ахунбаева, 100 неплохой обменник, в этом же здании фирменный магазин Куликовский, там вкусные пирожные, кофе и мороженое. Ещё в километре от отеля на ул. Ахунбаева, 110А находится фирменный магазин Кыргыз Коньягы с богатым выбором качественного местного алкоголя. Ну а если нужен хороший ресторан, то легко дойти (1,7 км) до чайханы Navat на ул. Аалы Токомбаева, 32/4. Учтите во всех ресторанах Кыргызстана чаевые 15% включены в счёт, реже 10%.
Локация не самая лучшая, но может благодаря отдалению от центра по ночам тихо. Спасает Яндекс такси, от аэропорта до отеля 600 сом, в центр 200 сом. Вполне терпимо.

It was clean and tidy. A nice size room. A kettle and stocked fridge (mini bar, snacks). Lots of towels and pillows. Comfy beds. Nice friendly staff. Nice cafe/restaurant on site, serving a good choice of food. Nice breakfast every day. Some reviews complain about the karaoke bar noise but it happened for one night and wasn't too bad. Also it finished at about 1am so no big deal. Every member of staff were friendly amd helpful.
We had a kettle, but just tea bags and sugar. Coffee and milk would have been good. The TV (google) wasn't updated so we couldn't watch Netflix unfortunately, we could've got it sorted by the staff. The breakfast was lovely but would've preferred a buffet or choice from a selection rather than daily set menu.

Actually it was really comfortable due to the room is pretty big in comparison with other hotels’ rooms. Furthermore, I liked that cozy vibe at the hotel, so definitely a good one.

Plus the helpful bell boy, he help us immidiately with our heavy luggage the time he saw us from the gate which is still away from reception, kudos!
Nice small cozy cafe.
Room is not sound proof 🙁 as in! It wasnt a good night sleeps esp the occupants on the 3rd floor was with kids running, pulling furniture, crying etc (we complained on the first night but we realized its family with kids so we let it be, coz kids are kids)

twice was no hot water , alot of noise at middle of night from other guests , we asked to clean the room we came back in the evening the room was not cleaned , when told about the problems to staff , they did not offer anything to compensate , only told "we will fix things" , this is the part that I didn't like as a guest who pays money for service.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful with planning my stay and answering any questions I had. As for the breakfast, it was delicious!

Hospitality staff very helpful and friendly.
No elevator for old person, the property is not near any supermarket or soares to get groceries and its location not comfortable, one important thing that room windows any one can see you from outside no privacy during the day to view outside your room.

Great staff in hotel (not restaurant), big spacy rooms, bathroom is also nice, good price for room.
The restaurant is terrible. Beer drafted under measure, the staff tries to cheat you and when you find out, they won't even apologize. The next day, they deliberately returned the entire amount in 1 soms. Once they didn't bring the money back at all. In addition, they charged more for a scoop of rice than in Switzerland. In addition, the food is not good at all. For breakfast only one glass of drink, for the rest you need to pay.
As for the rooms, at night the noise comes from the wall, which shakes all over (in the corner rooms, colleagues had the same problem).
