My 2nd year in this house! The house and location are great! Very clean and safe. The owner is attentive and kind! I would go back again!

The house was wonderful and left us wanting nothing. It’s we represented in the listing and is located centrally for anything you might want. We went to Tanglewood and we played golf at the Copake Country Club. These we’re in the opposite direction and each was :25 from the house. We’d highly recommend this house.

Marianna was a pleasure! The home was immaculate and very spacious. We had a couple of questions and she was easy to get in touch with and very happy to help. I would highly recommend this location for skiing, it is very close to the mountain and close to town. Can't wait to go back!

We (two families with small children) had an excellent stay. Location was great. Beautiful area. Nice spacious house. Could have used more cooking pans, but we made do with what they had. We never had to contact owners but they seemed to be easy to contact if needed. We would love to rent this house again

My family and I stayed two nights at this lovely home. It is very spacious and well maintained and all the rooms were beautifully furnished. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with good quality China and pots and pans. It is very conveniently located off the main road and easily accessible to the town and museums. We will definitely come back and stay here again

A great place to stay if you are traveling with a group to Great Barrington area or visiting the Norman Rockwell Museum. Clean, comfortable, and carefree. Responsive communication with the host.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable house. Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable space. Location is great. Butternut is a 10 minute drive, and Mass Moca is an hour away. We hope to return!

This house is perfect for families. Clean, accommodating and perfect location. Surpassed all my expectations!

We were thrilled to spend a weekend in this relaxing, spacious, and clean house in Great Barrington. The photos in the listing do not reveal that there is a wonderful living room with extremely comfortable couches and fireplace. We stayed comfortably with 2 families of 4 (4 11-13 yr. olds). The house is stocked with necessities and the owner is quick to communicate as needed. The house is only minutes from downtown Great Barrington and Butternut. It is also a beautiful spot for runs/walks outside.

The rental process was quick and easy, and the house is so much nicer than your typical rental. Everything we needed was made available and Marianne was very responsive and helpful :)

We stayed in the house for a long weekend. Everything was great. The house is very well maintained and was imaculate. The house is less than 10 mins drive to Butternut. Would stay again.

The house is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the bedrooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. Marianne is a very responsive and gracious host.

This house could not have been more perfect for our family reunion. The home is inviting, clean, and with a large kitchen/dining/living common area which is perfect for cooking and visiting. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. An ancient apple tree in the front yard delighted the children in our group. We had a fantastic Berkshire weekend and will hope to return to this lovely property.

We had a great President's Day weekend! There was 8 of us (4 adults, 4 children) and the house was perfect size. It is located between Catamount & Butternut mountains and 10 minutes from all the restaurants in Great Barrington. The driveway and walk were cleared before we left in the morning after it snowed all evening and the owners were very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this home and we are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Beautifully decorated and clean home right near Great Barrington. We stayed here for a ski weekend with another family. The house was the perfect size for us (4 adults, 4 kids). The master bedroom was very spacious and had an attached small alcove/sitting area. We loved the laundry room on the first floor and the gas fireplace in the living room. Butternut Ski Mountain was less than 15 minutes away. We ate breakfast and dinner at the house each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is on a main road but is actually set pretty far back behind another house that is closer to the road. This did not bother us at all and it was actually a bonus to be near the main road when we were hit with a snowstorm one night. We were able to get out and about the next day with no problem. Also, the owner was very easy to work with. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect rental property. Having rented properties all over the world, I can easily recommend this home as a great place to stay. The house was clean and welcoming and had enough common space so that when we needed separate space for two sets of guests to hang out, we could do so. There was space in all the kitchen cabinets for food that you brought. It was a completely outfitted kitchen, with enough silverware, plates and glasses to entertain with.(Only issue was that that we needed a kettle for tea!) The closets in the bedrooms were full of hangers! There were cleaning products for all the appliances. We could have used a DVD player, though the property description did not include one. We rented in the winter and the noise level from the road was not discernible. I would definitely consider renting this house again!!

House is as advertised with great kitchen utensils. Host was very accommodating. Great for family reunions etc.

Marianne’s house was the perfect house for our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) and our weekend out in the Berkshires. The house was clean and well kept up and has lots of charm. The location was perfect, close enough but not too close to Great Barrington. Even though we didn’t get to meet her, Marianne was a fantastic host, proactive with helpful communication and quick with a reply when we had questions for her. We will definitely be hoping this property will be available next time we come back this way.
