This unit had everything we needed for our family. Extra towels and even cozy blankets. Our boys loved the bunk bed room. The first floor balcony is absolutely key for enjoying the beautiful pool area. The rooms were a bit dusty as their was chunks of dust in the rooms and on the fans. The breaker continued to trip in the master bedroom for unknown reasons. The fitness center is exceptional and another great amenity. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The condo itself was perfect for us. Being on the first floor and being able to walk right out to the pool was great. The girls loved the bunk room. Rick was quick to respond to any issues.

We absolutely fell in love with this property and the entire condo resort. There were a couple of little problems but Rick was so quick to respond and address. The beds were fabulous, the long sofas were wonderful for our group of 10, and the bathrooms and kitchens were soooo nice. A couple of suggestions would be some kind of chest or drawers under the tv in the bunk room bc there is no closet in that room, it would be great to have somewhere to put clothing instead of suitcases on the floor. Also, some hooks on the backs of bathroom doors would be nice! We loved Blu 102 and hope to return!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Rick was very informative about the check in and check out process! The condo was very spacious and very clean. The deck that leads to the pool was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blu 102. We were a family of 6 with a 1 year old and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. We loved being on the ground floor with straight access to the pool- especially with a little kid. Very easy and quick walk to the beach. We will definitely be back! Rick was very quick to respond to an in issue and was very apologetic. One thing to note- the listing only shows a regular coffee pot but there was also a Keurig. I would recommend updating the listing. I had to pack mine because I didn’t know.

We cooked every night and the kitchen was well equipped. I did contact the manager, Rick, letting him know of a couple of items that would be nice to have in the unit, such as sharp knife, more pots & pans, and a replacement toaster. I was not expecting to get these items during our stay (I just wanted management to know that would be nice to have) but they were delivered within 24 hours! Rick was very prompt in answering my questions both before my trip and during our stay! My family and I look forward to staying in this same unit during our next trip to Okaloosa Island.

We love Blu! This is our 4th time at Blu but our first in this particular unit. We had a fabulous vacation. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

We loved the ease of check in and check out. Being on first floor so close to the pool allows babies to nap but we were close enough to take turns outside. Nice to have a large table outside too for dining. Very clean and lots of sand toys in locker. Beach chairs with umbrella were a great touch!

The place was great, very clean and modern on the first floor. It is directly by the pool (with safety gates) and the beach which worked perfect for two 2 year old's and a 5 year old. It was very easy to get additional beach chairs with an attendant dedicated to the property. Rick was extremely easy to communicate with and very thorough with information on the property.

The property is in a great location and the beach was awesome. The condo was plenty large enough for all seven of us. Very nice. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. The important things were fine, bed and bathroom, but the floor in the living area needed a little more attention. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a blast.

We vacationed at Blu for New Year’s last year. We loved it so much that we decided to spend Spring Break there this year! The location and convenience of the first floor walkout makes life with kids so easy! The finishes and interior are beautifully appointed, and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back (again)!!

I’ve been coming to FWB for 15 years and this is by far the best condo I have stayed. Everything is newer, built in 2019. Well stocked and great owner, he responded before and during the trip quickly. Will book again!

No waiting on an elevator or dragging things up and down the stairs. We loved having the reserved beach chairs and umbrella all week; my husband even took advantage of the free hour of kayaking and paddle boarding each day. All of the finishes in the condo were beautiful and very updated. The baseboards, light switches, and shower tile could have used a good scrubbing and there were some stains on the bedding, but overall, the condo was pretty clean. If you plan on cooking, verify with the owner ahead of time on what all is included in the kitchen; we made do, but if we stay here again, we will likely bring some of our own cooking supplies. Highly recommend this unit, you can’t beat the location or the beauty of this condo!

Generally very good. The condo, pools and beach were gorgeous. Staff was courteous and helpful. Couple little things … the frig was sprung and cold air escaped. Lost all our frozen stuff and the repairman never did show up. No broom and could have been cleaner. No big problems. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
