The staff was so unbelievably rude and ugly. I am still having a hard time believing the rudeness from staff!. I booked for a week and left early and booked at an Airbnb instead. I would not stay here if you gave the room for free! A dog was barking and they came knocking on my door as if I had a dog. Even offered to let them come in and check, it was the people next door. And then the very next day came knocking on my door be cause my grandkids were making the dog next door bark. My adult daughter was went to eat breakfast and was approached by kitchen staff to see if she was a guest here. That’s your job to check your computer not disturb her breakfast!

Really enjoyed staying there if I come back I'd go to the same hotel.

The covers and the mattress protector had a really bad odor to it had to wash to my satisfaction and then the people above seem like they either had small kids or they were running or walking hard when i would try to sleep

Price difference from booking and them beds not comfortable no WiFi you have to set it up yourself people smoke all over not in direct area office doesn’t have someone there at all times

The door handle was broken the ac was dirty and didn't work very well. Room service never once came and vacuumed or changed my sheets. There was odd people sitting in their cars watching the parking lot. The bed hurt my back really bad was not comfortable at all. Called front desk one time to ask about my esa animal and to report the non working things in room left a message and my phone number and I never received a call back.

I liked the stovetop in each room.

The elevators were not working. They only took cash for my stay which made me skeptical but I still paid it.
