Our stay was wonderful!! Ted and Irene are the perfect host! We loved that we were so close to the beach, the bay, and LBI's bike trail!! It was comfortable and relaxing. We were looking for a place that would remind us of all our fond memories of LBI. This house exceeded our expectations!

This was one of the nicest experiences I have had with an owner! Ted could not have been more accomodating and checked in several times to make sure there was nothing we needed. The space was so comfortable, cozy and spacious. The beds were super comfortable too! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is our second stay at Ted & Irene's property in Brant Beach, and our second time around was another winner! I can't say enough about the perfect location of the cottage which is within walking distance of the ocean. The house itself is charming and is the quintessential beach cottage; it's very homey and comfortable, and stocked with many of the essentials. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and terrific shops are all close by. The short distance to the Causeway is an added plus in case you should need to leave the island. Most importantly, the owners are readily available 24/7 and keep in close touch to make sure that everything is going well. Thank you again, Ted and Irene, for another wonderful stay; we can't wait to come back!

So fun going to LBI off season. Went fishing ..:sunrise on the beach and sunset on the bay…zero people! So good! Had the Beach to ourselves and got great photos! Will be back!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in the Brant Beach cottage. The house was spotless and well-stocked with essentials, had some very interesting books, and even board games which we took full advantage of! The location can't be beat, the house is just a few homes down from the ocean, so no need to cross the busy boulevard to get to the beach. Even though the weather was chilly, we took walks on the beach every day and saw some gorgeous LBI sunrises! The communication with the owner Ted was fantastic; he checked in with us over the course of our stay to make sure everything was okay and made himself available for any questions we had the entire time. He's everything that a VRBO property owner should be! The home is charming and warm, and truly felt like a home-away-from-home. Thanks for such a wonderful 5-night getaway, and we'll definitely be back next year!

Adorable beach house on LBI, just one block to the beach. My family used this for a long weekend, and it was convenient to everything. House is not fancy, and the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. but it was perfect for a short beach vacation.

We had a really great time at Ted and Irene's. The location is great -- not too far a drive off the causeway but still quiet and peaceful. The home was exactly what our family of three needed. We had a few questions during our stay and Ted was really prompt answering. There's everything you need for a trip to the shore, we can't wait to go back.

This truly was a cute Cape Cod and just steps from the beach. I enjoyed my off-season stay, a quiet get-away with opportunity for lots of walks and enjoyment of the surf and sand. I appreciated Ted's welcome and checking-in to ensure I had all I needed to keep cozy when the weather unexpectedly turned chilly. While I went solo, there is plenty of room for a family. I hope to return again.

We had such a lovely week in Brant Beach at this charming cottage. It was the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever had, and Ted & Irene are warm, welcoming, helpful hosts. The cottage is well stocked (dishware, starter cleaning supplies and paper products, towels/linens) and the outside space and shower make for easy cleanup following a day at the beach. The brief easy walk to the shore was ideal. It was perfect for us and our 7 year old. We look forward to returning!

A great 2 bedroom Cape Cod on a beach block. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Ted and Irene are great hosts and their communication throughout the process was top notch. Plenty of room to BBQ in the backyard if you didn’t want to venture out to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice vacation at this cute cape on LBI. Location was perfect. We could walk/bike to many eateries and shops and things, and it was just a block off the beach.

Beautifully maintained beach house! We had a wonderful stay at Ted and Irene's place. The house has everything you need for a successful stay at the beach. We loved being able to walk to the beach every day and enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and stores. An earlyish dinner at Daddy O's was great - even with our young daughter. Skipper Dipper is a must for delicious ice cream!

We loved our stay here --a perfect spot for 3 old friends to reunite. So close to the beach --which was beautiful and wide at this location. Love LBI during the off-season! The house was very clean and the owners were responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Brant Beach. My mother and I have vacationed in LBI for many years, but we were last minute to book this year due to a new job and baby, so we are thankful we have found this cute cape cod! We felt "at home" right away. The house was easy to find and on a quiet street. It was very clean and tidy. The driveway was plenty big to park the mini van, and very easy to unload in the house. It was a short walk to the beach, which is key with young children. The weather was not ideal but we made the best of it! We walked a lot with the boys in their stroller. The covered pavilion around 70th street was a fun destination to watch them combing the sand in the mornings, and we walked a short distance across the BLVD to the Bay park/beach where the kids played on the playground equipment. The garage had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, even beach toys (which my toddler loved!) for us to use. It was great to not have to pack our car up with these from home. We also were able to just park our stroller and beach cart right in the garage for easy access. The house had 2 rooms which had comfortable beds for us all. The pack n play fit perfectly. We decided to bring our own sheets, but the house also had plenty stocked away in the closets for use. It was also nice to have the washer/dryer available in case we would have needed it. The kitchen had a great stock of items but we mostly went out or ordered in. We love going to Barry's Do Me a Flavor and The California Grill in Beach Haven. Another key element in the house was the bath tub for the kids, which is absolutely necessary for young children. Ted came to meet us and say goodbye on our last morning. He provided a great history of his stays in LBI and of the rental. We felt like family. It was a really great trip for us all, including the first trip to the shore for my 7 month old, and third trip for my 2 1/2 year old. We hope to return next year!

We cannot not say enough about this adorable comfy beach home. The location was superior. The home was a perfect fit for 4 adults and a baby. Ted & Irene were so welcoming and were always available, if needed, by phone during our stay. We will be back. We live in Colorado and only get to come to the Jersey shore every few years. The home was such a short walk to the beach, the added beach badges, chairs and linen and washer and dryer were such an added bonus since we traveled so far and could only bring very few items.
