Great Villa let down by pool issues and unwillingness to acknowledge or sort the problem for 2 and a half weeks. Terrible communication when issues were raised. Would not rent through this rental company in future.

The property was so wonderful and the hosts were over the top making sure that everything went well. We had 8 houses in Briarwood for a family reunion and this a top one. I would absolutely recommend it to any family. We would stay here again.

This 4 bedroom vacation home was perfect for our 3 generation family. The verbal/electronic communication with the property managers was excellent. They made everything very clear and are nice people too! he house setup was fantastic. The main master bedroom was on one side of the house - separate from the other three bedrooms. There was a second king bed room on the other side as well as a queen room and one with two twins. Having three bathrooms worked well for our family of 8 too. The shared space was perfect - a large kitchen/dining room/living room - though it was the pool area that got most all of the use! Having a table large enough for all 8 of us outside was a great option - as were the outdoor mini frig, grill and 4 very nice lounge chairs. The pool is AWESOME! Loved that the house had so many pool and beach toys for us to enjoy (maybe thanks to past renters who left things behind). We also had access to 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas - wonderful - and 4 adult and one childs (training wheel) bikes. We were concerned before our stay about the distance to the beach, but it really was no problem to make the less than 15 minute drive each morning to Lowdermilk Park. We'd get there by 9:30 each morning and there was plenty of (paid) parking available. It was nice that it had bathrooms - though the snack bar is not open yet (maybe due to Ian?). Last, but not least, we LOVED the recycling option and the 2xs/week trash pickup! Recycling is not often an option in FL.

Property was gorgeous and exactly as advertised. We love the Briarwood neighborhood, and this house is our favorite so far. Stayed for over a week with four young kids and three adults, had a blast and had everything we needed. Hope we can do this exact place again soon.

It was an amazing stay and vacation! We couldn’t be more happier! The house was spacious and clean, filled with all necessary entertainment pieces as well as cooking supplies. Even though we rate the entire stay very highly and give 5 stars, we wish that wifi worked a bit better. It was slow at times and at times we didn’t have any connection in some spots of the house. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, one of them best!

My family rented this house for our first (in a very, very, very long time) family vacation to Naples - where we were also visiting with other family. The house was excellent! We had a few hiccups as one ultimately does in a rental (nothing in life is perfect), but overall every member of my family was pleased with the house, the rental company, and our vacation. My niece and nephew loved the pool! One thing, we couldn't get the lights on the pool to work like in the photos (colorful) but that's not anything to really complain about. This was not my first VRBO experience but it was for the rest of my family, and I think this experience will encourage them to consider more VRBO rentals in the future. The home cleaning was very satisfactory upon our arrival. The pool, spa, and lanai area were overall the best we have had when renting in Florida. The outside grill also worked well for barbecuing and there were two tables for eating in the pool area. The LR furniture was clean but was not the greatest comfort level. Sleeping comfort as far as mattresses and pillows were satisfactory and would rate the comfort level as average. The kitchen and laundry appliances worked well and there were no issues. The pots and pans could use upgrading to a better non-sticking surface. The location was both safe and friendly as far as walking and biking. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a pool area TV and TV's in bedrooms and LR worked well. I was not able to get the DVD player to work but also did not ask CNE for help as it was not a priority for our use. There were beach towels, and beach chairs for our use. We enjoyed Clam Pass beach, Vanderbilt Beach, and Naples beach. We ate at the Dock, Steamers, and First Watch for breakfast. We got fresh food at Oaks Farm, Trader Joe's, and Fresh Foods Market, but especially liked Seed to Table. All in all we enjoyed the home, the location, the home layout and amenities and CNE provided good customer service. We would not hesitate to rent this home again and CNE managed our rental process and stay very well.

The property managers went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, stopping by to fix things after hours (many burned out light bulbs upon arrival) and ensuring the gate access was easy. The home itself, however, needs a little TLC. Furniture, linens and towels are getting a worn, dirty cushions outside, and I agree with other comments that they definitely need more than two bar stools. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Naples and I would recommend CNE Vacation Rentals, they made the rental process very easy!

Was a great vacation

We spent a week at this house and loved it. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the outdoor space is very large and private. We spent most of our time outside and loved that the entire outdoor space is screened so we didn't have to deal with bugs. Also plenty of shade and sun so we could really be outside all day. The bedroom set up was great with two bedrooms with King Beds (which is hard to find and would make this work well for multiple families or couples), one bedroom with a Queen and another bedroom with two twin beds. The house was VERY clean, which was great. There were chairs and sand toys in the garage we could use. Overall it was a great house for our family of 5 and we could easily have fit more people. We would rent it again and that's the biggest compliment I can provide!

It's pretty much as advertised, with some annoying features: there is not a single rug or carpet in the unit so the echo is bad. Makes it hard to carry on a conversation or hear the TV. The pool heater can only heat the pool or the spa at one time. This meant for us that we had to plan ahead and allow time for the spa to warm up before going in. This takes 30 minutes, so no spontaneous dunks in the spa on the spur of the moment. There is a general lack of lighting in the unit, and about half of the bulbs were out, making it VERY dark in the unit at night. Finally there are a lot of nit-picky rules about the garbage and recycling. Violation of any rule comes with the threat of a fine. I received at least one email a day threatening fines. These were form letters that I am sure all guests get, but it took away from the experience. The building itself was not in great shape: the pool deck is sinking in spots, there are char marks on the side of the house where the barbecue was clearly set on fire, and the pool ladder is loose

Loved everything about this house and the pool

Our check in was simple and the house was beautiful. Nice pool with hot tub. The property needed some updates to the beds. Light bulbs were burned out and no batteries in the remotes. Instructions for the pool are a little vague. Owners of the property need to clean up old beach and pool toys. The property management group was very good at responding to us when we had questions. Naples is a beautiful area. Beaches are close and the restaurants are plenty. I would come back again.

Located in a nice quite gated neighborhood. We had an issue when the air conditioner stopped working due to a plug in the condensate pan. I placed a call for service and they were literally there within 10 minutes and had it fixed. Some of the kitchen supplies could be updated (knives are not very sharp) but overall was a great place to stay. I would recommend this house.

The house was extremely spacious, beautiful pool and spa. All living and sleeping space accommodated all people. The second bedroom with a king size bed was like your own suite with a pocket door and bedroom door - giving any guests their own privacy. Centrally located to restaurants, stores and beaches.

This was our first time renting at this location. We were very pleased with the home and the overall experience. The home was very clean and more spacious than we had expected. Location was great as it was only 10 min from downtown naples and the beach. We would definitely recommend this rental to others.
