Everything. Lovely little villa . Great outdoor space

We loved staying here! The house was very nice and clean, the area was also nice to explore.

This is a superb little paradise! A true 10/10 where you feel home and actually don't want to leave anymore. We spent fantastic days in the beautiful garden area, enjoyed the pool and the fire place. Very clean facility and a kitchen equipped with all you need. Very friendly owner familiy! Super market close by and you can buy fresh fish in the village center.

We had a fantastic stay. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Pool, bbq, plenty of seating. The house is very clean and well equipped. Hosts are great and available for anything you need.

There was nothing to dislike.

Easily the best villa we've ever stayed in. Modern, spotlessly clean, amazing pool, shaded terrace, comfy outside seating area with loungers, umbrellas and a sofa, a proper BBQ, and even a ping pong table. I have already recommended this to family and friends and will continue to do so. There are two bedrooms both with a lovely modern bathroom with great rainfall shower. The kitchen/lounge/diner area is well equipped with everything you need. And there are mosquito nets on all doors and windows so you can leave the doors open late at night and enjoy the cool breeze and the bird song. The host Luka even provided some snacks and a bottle of wine on our arrival AND his family supplied us with the most amazing homemade lunch fresh from the BBQ. The location is also brilliant. We had a hire car and day trips to Zadar, Novigrad, Krka National Park, Pag Island were super easy. There's a large supermarket at the edge of Posedarje town (you can walk to it) plus a few smaller ones and a couple of bakeries and other stores in the village itself. There are also some cafes and restaurants but we only had a few drinks out as we enjoyed hanging out at the villa and using the brilliant BBQ. We really didn't want to leave. Punta Garden Pool House is top of our list now for any future holidays. :)

If you are looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place in absolute privacy, with a beautiful swimming pool and a short walk from the beach, this is the right place for you.

Excellent hosts and excellent place. Luka and his mother (whose house is right behind the villa) met us and showed the house and everything. First thing we saw when we came was a table fool of local food and drinks, all provided by hosts. Event the presentation of the food was wonderful! The place if new, very modern and clean, with good pool. Also, it is very private (even with private road), so nobody will disturb you. We were there in May, the sea was cold and we were exploring places nearby. Do not forget to visit the opposite side of the "small sea" and Novigrad, Ask Luka for recommendations. Internet was very good, kitchen contains all you can imagine, two Tommy supermarkets are in a walking distance.
