This unit was just as it was listed. It was in a quiet area with a short walk to the water. It was perfect for my daughter and I.

Perfect sized place for 2 adults. Cools nicely cause it's right sized. Seaside is only steps away, and there's a nice little clean pool too. Easy travel to other Keys as it's located directly off US 1.

Everything was pretty much as I expected... It would have been nice to have some extra blankets for the couch .. several times I wished had one. Had to use my jacket...back Lanai left my feet bottoms black..

Nice property. Can walk to small store and bike/walk trail. Can also walk to Blimp Road which is a scenic walk or bike road off the main road. Great location to go either north or south in the Keys.

Clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Location and setup was ideal for a few relaxing days. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed everything about the house. Lots of room great pool and an easy drive to and from Key West! I would stay again.

Love this place. Susan and Jennifer are the best! Their instructions and advise are helpful and spot on.... but you do need to READ them. Always enjoy our stays here, as it is just what we are looking for, close to everything, but not too close. Relax by the pool, or go to KeyWest to party.

Very clean and spacious - great for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and we slept well. Great instructions from the owner made for easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location and facilities were a nice, basic, place to stay. A short ride into Key West and a quiet retreat from the busy Key West scene

the property location and space is great and with a little updating would be absolutely fantastic. The property is a little tired and could do with sprucing up a bit. The netted area outside the kitchen, the fan didn’t work and a freestanding fan was put into the area. Unfortunately when it was on it was so loud it would’ve affected the neighbours. the general condition of this area needs attention. The pool area was lovely and clean a great place to relax. overall the location was close to key west and there are some excellent restaurants in the vicinity and a small convenience store within walking distance.

Pros: The space was actually bigger than I was expecting. The price was perfect for our needs and was an easy 30 minute drive to Key West. Having access to the docks and beautiful view at the end of the street was great. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very nice and saw other guests enjoying it. The furniture in the living room was all comfortable as well as the pillows on the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall it served us well for what we needed and most days we were only there to sleep. Cons: Beds weren't the most comfortable but also not the worst and the sheets had some age stains. A lot of lights inside were out. The door was hard to keep closed unless locked and the key would stick in the handle sometimes. It also lacked a certain homely feel with no area rugs, curtains or extra blankets. As mentioned we were not at the house much and my friends didn't tell me about some of the issues until the last day so I did not have a chance to bring them up with the host during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again but do think some simple upgrades would make a comfortable and homely stay.

Nice lil place that reminds me of the old keys back in the day. It is not luxury but very comfortable. Great location. Great communication with Jennifer. Definitely coming back here to stay.

We loved our stay at cottage number 4. The check in process was a breeze. The place is like most places in the keys, old but it has its own beauty. I do have to mention though that having access to a boat dock in the back is amazing easy and quick access to the water and to good fishing spots. About 10 minutes ride on boat and you are in open water. There is a marina near by where you can fuel on the water. This marina also has a very good boat ramp and is only 10 dollars to launch it. I mention this because even tho there is a ramp in the cottage location it is very hard to launch from there. This is just a minor setback. The walls are kinda thin and if it happens like it did to us where the neighbors were very loud you might have a hard time sleeping. But overall the place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Minor little set backs do not compare to all the amazing this cottage location has to offer. Host was very nice and friendly. If you are thinking about staying here go for it, you will not regret it

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Property manager was helpful in answering questions. The pool was great and we enjoyed the laid back ambience. Only negative was the boat ramp. We had a 4x4 truck and had issues getting in and out of the ramp. All mud so very difficult as well Cudjoe bay in front of the property is very shallow. Boaters beware. There is a Marina close by that we would use next time.

Nice property .

The home itself was nice. The beds were tolerable. It definitely needs more water pressure in the shower, the toilet had to flush by pulling the stopper up by hand,, there was no chain connected from the handle to the stopper. Overall it was ok. I didn't call no one bc it was a minor problem. But the water pressure????

Simple, clean property in a great location with good amenities. Everything you need, with nothing you don't. Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient to lower and upper Keys.

The cottage is very clean and comfortable. We had problems with wifi, but the manager quickly solved this problem! The house has everything you need for a short stay. We had breakfast and dinner on the shaded veranda, which was very nice! During the day we studied, of course, Key West. A small wish: it would be nice if the house had glasses for red and white wine:)There are only 2 assorted wine glasses. I highly recommend this cottage.

Exactly as listed. Excellent communication with property manager, exactly as described. Quiet, convenient and perfectly equipped. Good value given how expensive Key West is. Simple drive from key west airport. Doors are a bit hard to close but that’s life in a humid climate. Comfortable beds, nice screened in porch, clean bathroom.

The house was specious and clean, however the property and the surroundings could use some updating and a little bit better maintenance.

We loved staying here! We were close to Bahia Honda State Park and Key West. The dock provides a great view of the stars on a clear night. The screened in porch was a great spot for morning coffee. Would stay here again!

For the money great value!Need more than two fork’s especially with 4guest seeing it is a two bedroom.. glad I bought plactic.. laundry room could use a great cleaning.. .. over all great !! Don’t expect to much, will definitely come back!.. great time.!

This house was clean and neat. It's only about 35 minutes to attractions either way on the keys. The only issue we had is the front door is hard to lock/unlock, open/close. But anyone that has lived in a humid climate understands this issue. We did not try out the pool or dock and where disappointed to find out the laundry is a coin operated machine in the pool storage room. Over all it was a good stay and easy to communicate with the owners.

Clean, but short on amenities. Only two forks. Salt shaker empty. Porch door handle needs replacement.

Good location for our needs. Close to Key west but far enough away to avoid the crowds of fantasy fest. Will be back on our next trip to the Keys.

The cottage was comfortable, clean and very cozy. My 4-yr old grandson enjoyed the beautiful pool but I think his favorite amenity was the awesome dock. We spent a lot of time there catching grunts and snapper, watching the sun rise and set and the tides rise and fall. Only regret is that we didn't bring our kayaks. We definitely want to come back again! Thank you!
