Nowy budynek, nowy apartament, dobrze wyposazony, powiedzialbym nawet, ze taki luksusowy :-) Wszystko super i zgodne z opisem.

Stanovanje je točno takšno kot je prikazano na slikah. Prostorno in svetlo. Kuhinja je odlicno opremljena. Terasa ima pogled na morje. Pred stavbo je parkirno mesto. Do plaze je nekaj minutk hoje. Mirna okolica.

Potrebna so manjša popravila v stanovanju.

We rated this the best apartment we stayed in during our 21-day trip. Host was in constant communication and reachable from checkin to checkout. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and has a huge balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and was even stocked up with essentials to enjoy with salad and to prepare small meals. Had an excellent stay. Highly recommend👍.

Water pressure was weak and water temperature low. Perhaps the installed water tank is too small for the apartment. So, not taking anything from my rating but maybe can be improved.

Nice apartment not so far from the beach. Beautiful view from the terrace.

1. At the first day of our stay one of the window rollers was broken, and it has not been repaired during the whole 10-days stay. 2. Internet connection was poor, if you need it for work, then their wi-if will not be enough for you. 3. There were issues with toilet flush which also have not been fixed during our stay.

We stayed here second time. We like this apartment and this place. The appartment and the building is modern, nie and clean. It's very pleased that you can find some necessary stuff (like water, coffee, sneck), after a long trip.

It's not about apartment, but this year see water was really cold. So if you can't really enjoy swimming in the see, it's not cool as you wish.

It was a wonderful time in a great apartment. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It's very cozy when you can have a cup of coffee with sugar after a long exhausting trip in balcony with sea view. You can go to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants on foot.

Nothing.))) Maybe a vacation should be longer and sea can be warmer and Croatia's beaches were unexpected for us.

very clean bright and warm

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. We were there in November and appreciated that the heating was excellent. Very easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the property.
