Nice staff, good location. Clean.

The room were not so nice, small beds, the pillow and duvet/blanket did not fulfill my expectations of a hotel. I had a expectation of a hotel but would say the room was more of a hostel standard. Clean though, with ok breakfast.

Great location, close to the central station and a few places of interest. Really good selection for breakfast.

everything is dirty, hotel max 2 stars, I dont know who gave more, the personel do nod do nothing even when you show on dirty things. bed for kid was folded together with bed linen and nobioy care. quite noisy place, because of disco on the first floor. Sauna with jacuzzi was very very dirty and it looks like long time nobody cleaned it.

The location is pretty good and it's easy to find it. The staff is quite nice and helpful.

The heat inside the room was not working very well as the floor is a bit cold.

Everything else. The hotel is an old hotel, with motel vibes, the room was old and the curtains were grey/ brownish instead of white!! The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows, the smell of the quilt and pillows was horrible!! they had clean bed sheets but you could feel the bad smell from the quilt!!!!!! And there is a club or something in the street so it was impossible to sleep until 3am, we could hear everything, the loud music, voices, cars, everything!!!!!!!!! horrible experience and we paid 150euros for that plus 30 euros for the extra bed that they did not bother to prepare, they just left it folded in the room for us to prepare it. This is not a 4 stars hotel, I would not give it even one!

The room was good with cosy beds and two armchairs and a little table. Breakfast was normal, good. Location very good.

The switcher to one of the bed lamps was broken. We had "After work". I had fish and chips and I didn't feel well afterwards. The oil was old I think, but I didn't say anything at the time being, sorry for that. The other dish was ok.

The room needed some mainteinance and better cleaning, the floor was scratched, the wall paper damaged, the table was ruined, dust on the surfaces

The location is nice.

The breakfast area is clearly too small for the amount of guests the hotel receives. It was overcrowded and hard to find a place to sit. The parking system has to be better organized. You have to go to the hotel and get a parking card but then the parking house is 3 blocks away and you have to walk back. The staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Little scuffs here and there in my room (on tables etc), but that wasn't a deal breaker for me
