The house is perfect. Very spacious and very clean. It’s also located in a great spot inside a nice sized cove that was very quiet and had very little traffic. There are tons of amenities both on the property as well as close by. The weather was very hot so I would love to stay at this place in the fall and experience it in a different, cooler season. Definitely worth the money which was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this property for a beautiful and relaxing vacation getaway.

We love this lake house and have visited often. Love the silence and tranquility, the house is clean and well-maintained. Host was phenomenal. Great sundeck!! We enjoyed the views from the rocking chairs on the back porch and hanging out at the fire pit. We will continue to return to this lovely home.

The property is nice. Good location and clean. However, several things in the house are quite old and not functioning properly. No logs for the campfire. Barely okay in value you receive.

This property is set up on the perfect location of Cedar Creek lake. Communication with Gigi was easy and quick. The set up of the home was spacious and well equipped. Docking my boat was convenient to be onsite and Gigi gave us good directions to the nearby public boat ramp. Due to the narrowness of the side of the dock which had the cleats, it may be difficult for older folks to get on/off a boat if you moor your boat there. The refrigerator is rather loud but not located near any bedrooms. The laundry light works but you must turn on a switch near the kitchen (figured out this one on the last day after using our flashlight to do laundry, lol!!)...just fyi! I would return but would suggest a deep clean in the off season.

This house was well stocked, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything. The cove is so calm and we loved the location. We could gas up our boat just across the lake 24 hrs at Long Cove Marina, very convenient. The dock was perfect for our boat and for evenings. The bunk rooms were great and game room spacious. Master is huge and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Large pantry was nice. Can’t think of anything lacking! We had some boat trouble as soon as we launched but the owner was so kind and helpful to quickly respond and give us a referral. With our her help our weekend would have been ruined. They really went above and beyond to make our stay great! We would definitely rent here again!

Pretty view and lake area is great- very swimmable! DEFINITELY needs tighter cleaning procedures. The master bathroom wasn’t clean and there was trash left in various spots through the house. Also the house is not 4 bedrooms + additional sleeping as the listing indicates. It’s 3 bedrooms and the converted garage is additional sleeping. We still had enough beds but we were expecting different. Overall nice time and pretty location.

My family really enjoyed staying at the lake house it was beautiful and relaxing.

We love this house and the lay out but were disappointed in the cleanliness this time. Floors were sticky and dirty, the comforter had an unknown crusty substance on it and the showers need a deep clean. We had to clean up the fire pit to be able to even use it (empty beer/water bottles were plentiful) and the fall debris in general needs to be cleaned up.

Loved, loved the house. Great place to enjoy the lake and the area. However, I was shocked by the hidden fees charged by VRBO.

Well kept property and great location. We enjoyed our stay. Ran into checkin process with alarm, but was able to call the owner who helped with alarm code. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and nice house

Our group of friends takes an annual trip to get out of Dallas. This house was perfect sized for us! We had enough space to spread out yet also be close. We took full advantage of the double deck and the lake all weekend. We were initially pretty shocked by the shallow lake depth and slick clay bottom but enjoyed escaping the heat nonetheless. The only bump we ran into was with the fridge. It had a hard time keeping all our food and beverages cool throughout the weekend. Overall, we have to say it was a wonderful weekend and a beautiful home to spend it in. Thanks for having us!

While walking into house, it had a bad odor, which remained the entire stay. It did not smell clean or fresh. To me, the smell is very important ! The floors were sticky in one area with ants all over it. I opted to clean the floor and paper towel was brown once used/cleaned..... hence, floor very dirty. There were several flies in entire house, mostly in kitchen where cooking. It was very frustrating because I paid a large amount to rent home and paid a cleaning fee, which I had to clean part of house. Outside there were bird droppings all over porch. There was a lot of left over items left from previous renters. Shoes, sunglasses, etc. There were cigarette buts all inside dock wood panels. The house smelled like dead fish on the outside front and back. The dock ladder to enter water was broke and a hazard. I almost fell badly on trying to get up ladder - I went to cook noodles and there was NOT a pan/pot for doing so. The dishes were not appealing to use. Not the plates nor silverware looked sanitized/clean. I had to go out an purchase paper plates and plastic silverware for our group . The bath towels provided were tiny and had bleach stains all over them. They did not feel fresh or clean. The second morning of stay the lawn was mowed and very loud. The lawn service stayed for over an hour, with us feeling not private in the yard or lake area of house. The house had great furniture and decor was awesome. The cove where home located was calm, nice and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The only issues were the cleanliness of home on inside and outside and long stay from lawn services. All in all, I would give this rental property a "4" on a scale of 1-10. I have stayed in several rentals at Cedar Creek lake and would not stay at this house ever again. I am not picky and try to look at the positive of all. I found this home to be needing some attention.

This house is gorgeous and very spacious. It has a great layout that makes it feel big, but has a enough rooms to that others can be sleeping, playing video games and you never know while you are cooking or eating in the main room.

We enjoyed our "down time" very much! Lakefront property-very nice. Just what we needed to relax.

First time rental for our family. We really enjoyed the stay. Property was as pictured clean and neat Inside and outside. Looking forward to making this a annual stay at this property. Beautiful lake views from. The kid made s’mores & fished off the dock caught a lot of small catfish.

My family spent two nights at this property when my son got married, and we absolutely loved it! There was lots of room for us to mingle, and relax. The house is absolutely beautiful, not to mention spacious. And the view...you couldn’t ask for a better one! We hope to go back again!

Everything was great. We had an awesome weekend with friends and kids! Everyone enjoyed the large open space and game room for kids as well as comfortable beds. Not to mention the quiet cove, fishing, and swimming! Thank you for sharing your home and for the responsiveness with our needs!

This is an amazing vacation home there was a brand new pool table and game room was fully equipped right on the water fishing off the deck was great the beds were comfortable grocery store was nearby all in all perfect place to relax

Property was spacious and clean and seemed to have everything that we needed. It is a beautiful location, easy to get to and very relaxing! The owners were very easy to work with and I would recommend this property.
