An excellent location, and first class facilities, including the rooms, and the dining room, which featured a great outdoor patio with overlook to the Baltic Sea. The breakfast was awesome, it is the first I’ve ever seen that actually offered a bubbly wine with breakfast lol.

Be nice to have somebody at the reception that speaks at least a little English! Two different ladies at check-in and checkout, and neither spoke a word of English, but continued to rattle off German very quickly even though we understood absolutely zero, and told them so. But hey, if English speaking guests are a rarity, then it’s very understandable.

The best was its location. Sea first line, 10 minutes walk away from the comercial area.

The bed. Small. Bad quality. Too soft.

The people in the restaurant were lovely and the hotel is very well located.

The lady at the reception was not very welcoming or helpful. The rooms are without any charm and overall the hotel is not very comfortable. You have to pay extra to go park your car a few streets away when other cars were in the parking lot...

The breakfast was served in the restaurant with all the (numerous) windows completely shut despite glorious weather outside. To make things worse the outside terrace was just sitting there unused with plenty of tables and chairs that would be much safer for guests to use. Really inexplicable! The breakfast was a standard buffet...which seems to be extinct, or at the very least adapted for the reality of covid, in other hotels.
