Great hotel and great lady on recepction named Boca, she help us with advices and every time we need something she was there.

old and unclean furniture. No hand wash or tissue papers in any of the toilet. No room service, you have to drag your luggage on the road and then take stairs

The staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were excellent. The room was beautiful as well as the big pool and beach club!

The hotel is not within walking distance to the nearest town

We had a ball - so much so we have already booked another trip in June!! absolutely love the place, up in the hills away from the crowds, pool is amazing, apartments lovely and comfy.

A small number of things lost out on the full marks - the room was cleaned every other day which is fine but one day the cleaning staff knocked and when we said 2 mins they left and came back 3 hours later when the baby was asleep so we went 4 days without cleaning - a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated. There is no ATM and no way of getting cash for the bag weighing scales - watch out for this machine as €1 will only get you one bag weighed - this was infuriating and a total rip off but it is nothing to do with the hotel itself. The nice man at the front desk gave me €1 for the machine.

it was beautiful, clean and not to far from the centre.

for the style and type of hotel the good was not great, very expensive for what it was… daytime menu very minimal

Old, Dirty, Bad maintained. Room with Bugs, water leaks in the bathroom, not cleaned and old beds. Restaurant with dirty dishes, awkward menu with high prices for a bad fast food quality. We were simply a group of bikers however this place is unacceptable and the answer at the Desk was "We are only a 3 starts". Cleanliness and decency has no stars

The pool and personel was great, the room tidy but a little old.

Room very comfortable, apartment spacious & well equipped. Pool a decent size. Accessed the spa service, which was great. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast (extra). Great view across to La Gomera.

Worked out quite expensive between 3 people, but if you had 4 going, it would be good value.

Wonderful hotel! Amenities are great, restaurant is even better.

there’s a lot of mosquitoes

The hotel ambience was good, the facilities and breakfast was okay. It’s not in Playa de Americas which is deceitful so the location showed is not correct

Check out is 10 am in the morning when you can only check in at 3pm which is 5 hours less of a 24 hours stay.

Staff, facilities, breakfast, the fantastic room + roof top terrace! It was a great stay!

That the Jacuzzi is cold and hence not usable.

cockroaches within the property we’d stay. one night I lifted the bedsheet up and they was crawling out. when told at the property they said they’d sort it, have the room cleaned and sort a solution the next day when I asked at reception why nothing had happened when we came home that night (because we’d been out all day) the man at reception wasn’t even aware. he said to come back to reception later and he will have sorted it. a different man was there, unsure and said he’d find out. this then lead us to the next day which was our last day of the holiday, where we got told we could have complementary breakfast the last two days, even tho one of the days was already the day before and we spoke to him the day before anyway past breakfast hours. we did get food that day however I don’t believe that makes up for placing us in a room that didn’t have pool access that we paid for & for being unable to sleep in all beds provided due to cockroaches. such a shame as the hotel is gorgeous but I think there was a huge lack of communication.

Highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful property with big, beautiful pool with jacuzzi and kids pool area. Beautiful, elegant rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold food options, eggs, sausage, beverages, fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheese, cereals, etc. Just 12 miles from airport.
