I think the location was great. quiet & nice & rural, just far enough to various attractions

cleanliness of the house was below standard, safe broken , not enough quilts, asked for more but never turned up! we asked for someone to check the safe, this never happened, & nobody let us know either way. cleanliness left a lot to be desired, as a cleaner myself i know what people are looking for when on holiday, No oven..only a hob ?! big problem with 8 of us, cooking on a hob every day was a big issue. I would have bought for. the pizza can if the bloke serving wasn't an arrogant miserable dismissive anti English...person! i wouldn't hand over my money to him. In general you get the feeling that most the French are anti English, tarred everyone with the same brush.

The location and facilities were wonderful. A lot to visit in the neighborhood. It is possible to walk to a small supermarket (20 minutes). Also easy to travel to Paris by train.

The apartment was very small for 5 people and bad weather.

the pool area and playground were very well kept and fun for our family. we traveled with 2 adults and 3 children (6,6,3). the location was close to Normandy sights, but a car is still a must in the area. free parking on site, pizza food truck was good on Friday night.

the accommodation was a little run down. the paint was very chipped on the front door, giving it a grungy look. the room smelled like wet dog when we arrived, but luckily the scent dissipated. the room was tight, but for our family of 5 just fine for sleeping. we arrived very late in the evening on our first night. I tried contacting the company to let them know and I never heard back, hoping we’d find our key waiting for us, we kept going. luckily the key was there but it would have been nice to been given a response back so I didn’t have to stress our whole drive there.

Nice amenities in the house and on the property with games, visiting meal trucks, a pool, etc. Kind staff.

Indoor Pool was very full and very cool. Sauna was out of order. Long walk to get to unit which was hard for my diaabled Dad

They asked to pay at the property, even if it was already confirmed on my account of Booking.com, and debited online just after I exited the property. So, finally I have double payments. Now, they don't wont to reimburse me.

fantastic location close to major sight seeing places, the village, superb staff, overall good flat

some elements a bit old, and some parts could be a bit cleaner (especially dusts).

Nice compact apartment, perfect for 3 people (tight for 5 as advertised). Really friendly staff offering great advice both locally and slightly further afield. Swimming pools (inside and out), selection of games and toys available for free use, bakery van with excellent pain au chocolat in the mornings. Play park and Bath. Nice little cleaning pack for cleaning the kitchen area.

The only minor issues were, cracked ceramic hotplate, and the interior decor was showing age with signs of water damage/mould on some of the skirting boards in the bathroom. (Note despite this the cleanliness was to a high standard). Car parking spots are a little small, but there was plenty of available spaces.

The property was beautiful, great location, plenty of amenities, great linens, and awesome staff.

The rooms upstairs were not well ventilated and smelled of mildew which triggered my asthma.

The asisststance of your receptionist was exceptional

Easy checkin, excellent location for touring Normandy WW2 sites

Interior a little dated and tired. Bathroom in particular. No access to English channel or streaming services on TV at all.

This holiday park is quite nice and located next to a golf course, so it is green all around. the holiday home was fine, just what we expected. The bakery passes every morning at 9 which is very handy! Close to Port en Bessin Huppain village which is handy for restaurants and supermarket.

We got about 20 emails from Pierre et Vacances which is a real overload. In our booking it said they would charge us 2 days before arrival, but apparently they are not used to do this and they warned us they might cancel the booking. Luckily the staff at the residence kept the room and everything was settled at check-in.

The grounds and swimming pool were nice.

The wifi was diabolical - couldn’t get a signal for over 24 hours which was a huge problem for us as we work remotely. Disappointing not to have even an English speaking tv news channel. Standard of accommodation was very basic indeed.
