Friendly, comfortable room, great idea with the kitchen. Nice hot shower, publick parking at tha back street is for free.

Shower did not drain well…

Good location, clean, quiet and picturesque

There was no hot water for my morning shower.

We know the area and the location is fine for us-close to family and Rathgar village.

Lovely stay, host (and son) very accommodating. I had been recommended by family in Dublin and was not disappointed. The room was and beds were very comfy. Nice Ensuite and liked that there was food in the kitchen which I could help myself to for breakfast. Beautiful premises in a great area. Would definitely stay again :()).

Very comfortable, clean and cosy room with lovely en suite. Would stay again.

Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful -will go out of way to help you. Comfortable accomodation that is like a home away from home.

The location is a bit off the 'beaten track' -albeit it is near a bus stop ( so easy to get into dublin) -it is a lot of travelling.

Location. Easy to go by bus to Coty center. Kitchenette with food, milk, cereals, cakes, coffee, milk, Orange juice, microvawe, fridge, averything to organize your breakfast (not bailable). Room quite nice.
