Staff are very friendly, room was a nice size. Mo the bar man was great very welcoming, great cocktails and made our stay! location is great for the beach, town and getting out and about by bus. lovely pool area.

Nice apart hotel with wonderful pool area and shops and restaurants around. Our room had a balcony, which was nice to use for dinners to chill after the day.

Everything was a bit old, comparing to the pictures. Kitchen equipment could be renewed.

All the staff were really welcoming and always ready to help. Our air conditioning was really good. The pool in the apartment building was nice and not crowded. The toilet in the room broke twice and the fixed it very quickly. The hotel was located in a quite area not far from beaches and the main center so the location was good.

We booked the stay months before and asked to have a apartment with a kitchen oven because we were staying for two weeks but we did not get that, instead of giving people who stay a bit longer a bit comfortable option they put us in a smaller apartment and we watched 6 different families/people come and go in the bigger apartments on the same floor. Our TV did not work when arriving and we asked for assistance twice and the second time they tried to fix it but failed, it was not until the day before we left we let them know AGAIN that the TV wasn't working and they came and succeeded to fix it (it would have been nice for our son to watch it during our stay but we didnt let it bother us anyways). The beds were one of the most uncomfortable beds we had ever slept in, we went home with back pain. You can feel the bed springs when laying and moving in the beds. The room was poorly cleaned and they NEVER cleaned our floor and we stayed there for two weeks so it was always sandy and dirty. We asked for late check out or/and even suggested that we could pay an extra day weeks after we booked the apartment since our flight home was at 22:30 but they said they could not guarantee it so we asked again when we checked in and the answer was that it depended on availability and we had to talk to them the day before our departure, which we thought was ought since we offered to pay and we let them know when we arrived. Anyways we only could check out an hour later because they said the hotel was full but when we were looking for a room on Booking.com etc. we found an available room in the hotel for the one day we were suggesting. We had to book a room in Palma to cover the hours before our flight back. Breakfast varieties was not to our liking. Always the same and not many varieties to choose from. We expected a ok options after the reviews we read about breakfast but i don't know what those people are used to have at a three star hotel breakfast buffet.

The overall vibe of the hotel and town. The hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful. Our star staff is Joseph. He was very nice, friendly and always ready to give a helping hand. He was our first contact on arrival and he did great to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He also helped on our departure as well. We say a big thank you to him.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help, the location was very good and the breakfast was very good.

The bathroom seems very old and a bit damaged so you have a feeling it is dirty. Bed was not comfortable.

Friendly staff, both swimming pools are managed to a high standard.

Our stay at that hotel was wonderful. There was a lot of space in the apartment the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. The location is also excellent. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. We would like to thank Jose, Alejandro, Muhammad, and Nour for their great hospitality. It is definitely a hotel I would recommend. We will definitely return.

Apartments ideal for a family good size rooms, great a/c in the rooms lovely cool air, outdoor pool very nice and clean and cleaned every morning,, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, location perfect, near the bus stop (local bus service very good and on time which was nice to visit other areas which we did to Cala Millor and Playa De Muro up past Can Picafort). The apartments are close to the beach and also close to main restaurants/shops etc, Suma supermarket close to the hotel and have everything you would need, Staff in the hotel were friendly and approachable. The port is well a worth a visit lovely at night and lively, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and only a short walk away from the apartments.

Issues with the swipe card for the room not working at times, breakfast could do with more variety and changing daily as it gets repetitive if staying for a week etc, kitchen could do with more utensils, outdated kitchen appliances, The main gripe I would have is that a few locals were using the pool in evenings normally after 8pm, although management done their best to keep them out, one simple solution would be to have swipe card access on the gate entrances into the apartments to stop this happening and annoying the paying guests. The pool bar at the apartments could do with a bit of livening up, some music and entertainment in the evenings would be nice and some drink offers etc as the bar person looked bored and this would benefit the guests staying.

Breakfast was rich and delicious. Rooms, pool and other facility perfect..nothing to complain about.

Parking situation was not easy. Unfortunately we got our car keyed overnight when parking on the street.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The manager and other employees are so friendly and kind and go out of the way to do anything for you. Every request I’ve made, they have helped me with. Cleaners come to the room everyday so far to change towels and sheets. Leave dirty towels on the floor and they then replace them. There are two pools. We’ve used one. Not a lot of sun beds around the pool we use but it’s not been a problem, everyday we have sun beds to lay on. Swimming pool and all areas super clean. Water fresh and warm in the pool. Yummy cocktails and good breakfast buffet choice. Everyone has been really friendly and we brought our baby, they’ve accommodated him and all his needs - providing a cot and high chair etc. fairly close to two beaches, lotssss of restaurants and also bars, shops etc. supermarket one minute away. Walking distance to the port. I preferred the beach nearest to the port, umbrella and sun bed €7.25 each. Not bad price and near the shop and bars. Have toilet on the beach. Room is slightly small but we do have a buggy and cot etc so that takes up space. Hope to return here one day! Thanks everyone.

There was air con but it wasn’t very strong so it was quite hot in the rooms. It would have been helpful to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were well proportioned. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very well informed about the local area and events.

to be honest I didn’t like nothing from this hotel the beds were the worst beds ever the receptionist was drunk no more to say and smoking in the hotel smelt so strong in the room and the beds were terrible and dirty and also the cleaning lady’s were rude we noticed one of the made a comment about they didn’t tell her that the room was busy and she had a go at us definitely wouldn’t recommend

Very noisy- noise from other guests above/left/right/hall-way There where smokers everywhere- could not enjoy my balcony since there was nearly always cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. Food could have been better quality - quantity instead of quality Had double room for myself yet was quite small

We got upgraded room to apartman in other part of hotel that is over the street (no problem for us, because it was away from noice) Breakfasts were good for 3 days, the croissants were the best, we would appreciate more vegetables and fruit to choose from Personal at reception was kind and helpful Parking in street, always space near the hotel Beautiful beaches few minutes away

There was non or nonfunctional ventilator in bathroom so it got foggy really fast Cleaning was only one day floor wasn't the cleanest so we didn't walk barefoot

Nice equipped rooms, really good food with broad choices changing every day.

Unfortunatelly this accomondation does not provide with private parking possibilities and you need to find your parking spot by yourself around the hotel which is in the main season quite complicated. Quite crowded rerstaurant. Dinners does not include drinks, not even a water. Double beds are on the wheels, which is uncomfortable.

Nice place, right in the city and with main playas at walking distance Clean, not too big, right size for a relaxing stay.

Maybe a bar at the apr building might increase quality and standing of the location
